Clean, friendly staff, nice to have your own balcony

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport of Shimla. Our overall experience actually resembled that of a 5-star hotel, which pleasantly exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room we got was much larger than expected, the bed big and very comfortable. Outstanding value for money. High recommendation!
Breakfast (overall choice, freshness etc.) was quite disappointing. For example, there was no fresh coffee or juices available, only instant coffee and ready-made juice. We're guessing this was due to only few guests staying at the hotel on those days (?), which understandably would have made setting up a lush buffet a bit of a waste. Most breakfast items requested by us were more or less available upon request, though, and then prepared by the kitchen staff.

Menu should be change everyday food taste is not so good non veg options are less need to increase 1 or 2 more options. I like the location it's not so far from mall road

The stay was good. Hotel was exceptional. Rooms were neat and clean. Room service was good. Check -in was really fast at reception and staff was polite. Hotel situated at calm place. Overall very good experience and will definitely stay there again. Will try their other properties at dalhousie and manali
