The view, position in Alex Headland. Pim was a great host and how comfortable the space was.

There was building works going on during the day and the concrete drilling was loud. Other than that nothing.

Amazing views to the east and the west with beautifully designed and appointed rooms that were bright and airy. The main bedroom felt luxurious. The host provided plenty of little extras that made the stay very comfortable and was very accomodating. The pool deck was superb also. Plenty of room for everyone.

I wouldn’t have minded some aircon or ceiling fans for those warm summer nights when the storms had me closing the windows and the beautiful sea breezes out. Single bed options in one room would have made the stay more versatile. The unit had no main balcony area to enjoy outdoor feeling a little more.

The location was perfect, directly opposite the beach, with convenience stores, bottle shops, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. If you have a car there are many opportunities to explore from this very central location. The views were magnificent with expansive beach and ocean views from the front of the unit and leafy residential and park set on an attractive man made lake at the rear . The unit was very quiet as most of the complex is occupied by owners. The apartment was tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and everything you could need for a vacation. The owner even left things like tea/ coffee pods, a full bottle of milk, not one of those tiny UHT cartons, and even some snacks, which were appreciated on our late arrival. If you’re a reader, there’s a whole bookshelf of titles to choose from. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

You had to be mindful of the weather and make sure the windows at the front were closed if it was raining. There’s no air conditioning but there is usually a soothing sea breeze. There are fans if required . I needed a fan but I need one in Tasmania so that’s just me. There isn’t a balcony. There was one but it was closed in to make more interior space because it was usually too windy to spend much time on the balcony. Most of the units in the complex have closed in their balconies. The extra space inside and the panoramic views that have been achieved make it worthwhile.

The views, absolutely fantastic. Really nice comfortable furniture in the apartment, Owner very pleasant and helpful.

Windy and cool weather on the high floor. Has amazing views!

Nothing was bad. The building is old but everything functions well and accommodation is high value for money.
