The room was advertised as a triple Delux apartment. When we arrive it was a dirty one room. There is black mould in the bathroom lots of dust in the room like it has never been cleaned and the smell was not good. The Booking agent was not helpful at all. If it wasn't for the young woman who assisted us directly we would have left. The pool area is unsafe as there are timber boards sticking up. I don't think I would rebook.

Hello I am a Filipino-Muslim, a Meranao to be exact. I will give One Oasis last chance before I post my complaint that your online booking is a SCAM! I booked one unit in May 21, however, we have misunderstanding with the property I contacted: +63 939 716 2575. This number is indicated in One Oasis website. We arrived in one oasis gate at 4:49pm, the property told me to transfer to Mesaverte Garden Residences. We were shocked because I booked One Oasis not Mesaverte! My family didn't agree with that also. He was so confident when he advised me to cancel my booking and request a refund. And yes I did. We looked for another condo and hotel because he no longer accommodated us. After a day I keep on calling and texting him, but he didn't answer me. He can't even be contacted for 3 days after my request for the refund. Haler! You said it's 15-30 business days to process my refund, but you are not answering my messages regarding updates. If you will not return my money in my account, I will really post that this is a SCAMMER! I haven't deleted our text conversations and call log.

Nothing the accommodation was cancel the evening of the booking at 4pm

Everything about this host is terrible way of doing business using a legit website to take people money and not provide the service asking the client to cancel at their expense. Don’t book using this website and Host.
