The unit has great potential. The layout was ideal and the location is really nice. Two decks and a side area for the grill is great.

The unit was not very clean, we had to clean much of the property before we could feel comfortable. At first there was an illusion of clean, but as you looked around it was pretty gross. Toe nails on the floor, hair on baseboards, blood on sheets, pink mold on shower and kitchen sink, black mold in the dishwasher, hair on the couch, food smear on the utensil holder in the kitchen, propane grill was absolutely disgusting, filth on the floor on the sides of the refrigerator and under the couch, a lot of the furniture was kind of broken especially the dresser in the master bedroom the front was basically falling off the drawers and other furniture was rickety. Not that it is the unit's fault, but the mosquitoes are out of control. Pretty much had to run to the car and back to the front door. Couldn't really enjoy the deck for more than a few minutes before it became unbearable. Not sure what can be done about that, but it really affected our stay.

Location worked for us. It was nice for the three of us that stayed... being all orderly women who get up all times of the night, lol to have our own bathroom sink and potty's, along with our own bedrooms. We had to climb stairs for the two bedrooms but managed. The over all accommodations worked nicely for us. We enjoyed being on the end of all the units. It seemed rather quite while we were there. The Kitchen was crowed/narrow for three women but we managed. The wi-fi was in and out. overall stay was great!
