very far from Dmall..station 1/2/3. Poor lighting. Refrigerator are not workimg. owner provided contact numbers unable toncall and response. difficult to get transport to mall or Station beach. room are different what i see on the booking.com. Tv are not working as well.

Room was ok. Beaches on the Island are great. Washing machine

Location was well away from anything. No Wine or fruit as advertised. No welcome water, although agent brought us a big bottle after complaining. No soaps or shampoos. No tea or coffee for kettle. Only saving grace was the hop on/off bus,which we paid for.It came past and took us to the great places. It was advertised as free shuttle to shopping area,but not true. The bus finished at 8.30ish.

Liked the area. Very good tjeck in and the appartment s had what we needed

チェックインに待たされたし、部屋の状態もシーツが洗濯機に残されていて、あまりいい印象じゃなかった。

Quiet place

Bathroom not cleaned, toilet seat was broken, no water as compliment,nothing as like it was shown, No wifi, no tv, no private swimming pool as it was written. Mattress, and everything on bed was so smelly. Wasn’t cleaned, got sick for 3 whole days.

The location was quiet.

Poor apartment maintenance and malfunctioning equipments.

The location is quiet and a remote area, there's a beach located just nearby and the staffs in the reception are nice and very approachable. They act very professional dealing with client's with problems in the unit. Good job!

First, I booked for 3 units. The first unit they gave us has very bad smell from coming the sink, no internet connection and no tv signal. Then the care taker brought us to another unit with wifi,tv and the place is nice but unit's doorknob is broken, refrigerator handle was broken too (t'was broken by the previous guest's according to the owner), we bought ice cream and freezer was not functioning, and toiletries as per request. 2 additional families came but only 1 room was prepared for them. They arrived at 4pm, a little bit late already in the afternoon to check-in. We asked again the caretaker about the units. To make the story short there's no vacant room for the 3rd family. I was upset because they are not prepared to welcome us to their unit. I booked since last March and paid earlier. What we did we mixed our family just to fit the in the 2 units with their permission. Unfortunately, their units were full and 1 unit has a bad smell. Expect all the units are in not good condition. It was supposedly functioning well as what written to their description here at booking.com but the truth is it's not fully functional. I am following-up the refund for the 3rd unit that we never used. I have good communication with the owner Sir Ben and I spoke personally with the Sir Gilbert who's managing the units. We agreed to fix this problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for a good and positive response.
