New place and very clean.
The room is too small for its price.

Nice clean room. The heater works perfectly and there are a lot of spaces and drawers/closets for us to place our things even if the room is quite small. The towels smell good. The bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The bathroom's clean as well. A great value for your money. Will definitely stay here again.
The room was a tad bit smaller.than expected but it was fine. The breakfast was okay. They don't have electric kettle.

The beds were comfy and huge. The room was clean but quite small.
What we didn't like is that we can hear the other quests from our room when they are in the hallway.
Also, on our way to the elevator, we would pass by the other rooms that were vacated and unkept since the doors were open. We noticed that the rooms were like that for how many days (wondering why they were not immediately cleaned).

Location
No online payment. Staff not aware of our booked type of room. No heater at the bathroom. Was asked to pay in cash even if we booked through booking.com

Accommodating staff are reliable. They helped us during our stay and offered us other amenities in their hotel. Manong guards are welcoming so I wished that I can still experience that in my next visit 🐱😃

It’s clean, comfortable, and the room is just the right size. Perfect for relaxation or for people on a business trip.
I believe it is a new hotel, so maybe during our stay the canteen at the ground floor had limited viands. I’m sure they can provide more choices in the long run. There is nothing really that I don’t like about the place.

THE STAFFS ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE PLACE IS SAFE AND PEACEFUL. THE AMBIANCE IS SO WELCOMING AND PLEASANT. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU CAN REALLY SLEEP WELL DURING THE NIGHT.
TV IS NOT A SMART TV. NEED UPGRADE PO 😂

Queit, new facility, but the smallest rooms ever
but room to smaller , no mirror in side the room only wash room. No hangers for closes in rest room and in the room when show no where to place your close fausit lose , needs to tie and fixes , I shower with a cold water due the water heater not working. Next day try fix it but we get electrilize by the water water shocks , to me a d friend and the hotel employee that he went up to check the issues

Size of room too small. Not comfortable at least walk around the bed.
No hot water in the shower.
I booked for axqueen size bed they sent me to a 2xsingle bed room. I complained and got
transferred to the correct room .
Bathroom is clean but too bright. Thw white l8ghts and marble walls give it a " cold " look.
I suggest they put soft yellow lighting in the bathroom to give a better ambiance.
There was so much pounding noise on the next room early morning around 420-530 am.

There was no signal to use the television. Very thick and warm bedsheets so we sweated at night.
