This is the worst experience in penang homestay i've ever booked. I dont like any of it, except its strategic location.

To be honest not deserved even one point for this stay. When entering for the first time got whole body goosebump, with a mix of dissapointed and scared, Furniture are totally old with lot of scratch, fridge door opened and smelly, not organized properly the kettle and water heater. I'll keep calm, and trynna open all the lights in the room, and do some check up with it some lights not working, and guess what? most important light in bathroom aren't function. Bed sheet with a water spot, totally disgusting.Im tiring and sit down for while, while tried to contact the host for other alternatives, theres a few ant on the floor. Still the host not responding. And here the best part for scary experiences i'd tell earlier. We've been greet by whistle, walk, run and some knocked sound. I've known its not human, the sound from the balcony and 2nd room. Our stay in level 19. PLEASE NOTED, ITS 100% NOT HUMAN. Im not interesting in mystic thing whatsoever, but its really not suitable for who's having a baby and little kids. After 30-40mins, I'll take all the bag and belongings, we've leaved the room for goods. Its not even worth a penny, with the range price, i can consider a motel, for just peacefull rest for a night. For host, you dont deserve a spot in booking, Your stay information are catchy, no room photo, full of "family good experieces" and probably a few years ago. Be honest with it. Teared up sofa, scratch cabinet, smelly fridge, insects, disorganized items. This shouldn't be happening, And thats why its not a place for human, SOMETHING ELSE WOULD LOVE THIS BUT NOT HUMAN.

The pool, view and location were great. The wifi was super fast too!

We wouldn't stay again as it was filthy and old and so many things not working. There's a reason there are no photos of apartment!

It was easy access to what we needed. The pool was great and the view spectacular. Lobby staff were helpful and security were friendly.

The place was tidy but unclean. There was urine stained smelly blanket in wardrobe, and a mouldy pillow. Mirrors were filthy. Linen and mattresses are very old. Some lights aren't working. Air con in lounge not working. Fan in lounge working but electrics hanging out of socket. Washing machine leaked and there was no where to hang clothes. Fridge was off upon arrival. Windows on 24th floor could be fully opened - a little dangerous with kids. No toilet paper. Crockery and cutlery were old.

Location very nice, easy to access, high speed wifi, beachview..

Air-conditioning is not working, fan is noisy, no lock on the toilet.
