Roel who was the front desk staff in charge is the only one whom we liked in this property. Very accommodating on the night when we had our late check in last 18June.

Staffs are lack of professionalism, lack of information and lack of customer service. Front desk is not 24/7.. they closed at 9pm and opens the next day at 6am. Surprisingly, when we had our early check out on 20June, it’s 6am already and front desk is still closed!!! Karaoke plus spa & wellness as part of their amenities are not existing anymore whereas in booking.com, it still shows. Location is really far .Will recommend to have check in while it’s still day time since the venue is not that easy to reach and it’s within the forest area. Staffs dont even respond at all in booking.com , hence special request was ignored prior we reached.

Helpful and friendly staff, we are upgraded from standard room to hotel room, the resort is great for staycation.

Breakfasts is great. But location is bad. The road going to the resort is bad. It's risky for small vehicles. Comfort room is bad, though, swimming pool is excellent.

They announce themselves as pet friendly yet the charges is soooo big, and yet stray dogs are rooming inside the resort. They could have waive the charges of pets, at the he very least charges smaller cost. P300 is acceptable. They could have reserve rooms for client with pets so they don't have to clean it well as they alleged. They are charging big for pets yet the rooms looks like motels that cost 30% of what their room cost.

Staff is very accomodating.
