Location is prime. Walkable to everywhere in the green belt and everything a shopper would want.

Room was not vacuumed. Crumbs and detritus on the fringes of the room still there even on day two after housekeeping.

There is no magnifying mirrors for make up, not like other 5 star hotels.

Buffet breakfast was good, Locations ,Polite Attentive Staff. Beauuutifull! Xmas Decorations. Love the clean swimming pool.

The hotel is located strategically near shopping malls, banks, parks, and restaurants. The breakfast has a wide selection of food, and the staff members are very attentive to the needs of their clients. Moreover, the rooms were clean, and I had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

I noticed dirt on the pillowcases, and the safety door lock was broken.

I like the staff, everyone is helpful and courteous

One of the only positives of this hotel was the Wi-Fi signal which was fast and hassle-free. The other positive was the dining and housekeeping staff which were always courteous and friendly.

This hotel is old with a LOT of visible wear and tear. The mustard colored carpets throughout the hotel are stained on every floor I visited, as were the carpets in my room. The room furniture is old, poorly maintained and every wooden surface is scratched or stained. Also, the walls and doors are so poorly insulated that you hear *everything* in the halls and neighboring rooms. I constantly heard babies crying and music playing in closed rooms 6 rooms away from mine. The elevators are a DISASTER! They are crowded at almost every time of the day, the wait time is endless and when they finally arrive they stop on nearly every floor due to the long wait times. So if you're on a high floor like I was you're out of luck - plan to waste 5-10 minutes of wait every time you use it. I also paid for use of the Executive Club, which was by far the worst of any 5-star hotel I've stayed at in Manila and anywhere else in the world (I've stayed at the Fairmont, The Peninsula, New World, Hilton, and others in Manila which all have excellent and top tier Clubs). The Club supposedly has a strict dress code that's written in the letter you receive upon arrival, but it's never enforced and people were entering with swimwear and gym attire. The F&B selection is mediocre, often cold and bland, and during the last hour of operation (7-8pm) it's no longer replenished so you're left with whatever is left on the buffet - which is very little. On most days I skipped using it altogether for both breakfast and the evening canapes, it was just not up to standard. I pointed out these issues to the manager on duty in the lounge and the lobby, and received the usual pointless "yes sir, we understand sir" platitudes, but next time I went there nothing had changed. All in all, this is a 4 star hotel at best.

Close to many malls, places of interest, and newly developed areas. The hotel location itself is superbly convenient.

Breakfast was stellar, gym facility accessible and room was super comfy!
