everything about the hotel. Unclean, unmanaged, The shower was broken, dead cockroach, dustbin was not emptied before, towels were dirty, there were cigarette butts lying in washroom,

Rooms were dirty Room was used and cleaned when I arrived Washroom was flooded and had insects in the water There was a thick layer of dust on the side tables AC remote was not working and there was no way to change the temp The Pillow has a layer of fungus on them The bedsheets was super dirty and had hair and dirt Not going there anymore

Hotel guys did answer the call OyO representative on call was untrealistic and poor in customer service I was waiting to get accomodation for 1hrs And representative was worried about others customer on queue which he is yet to speak but the customer who was on call with him( myself) Representative was hardly interested to listen and understand my position That's a worst customer service from OYO and property guys who were unprofessional in their dealings with customer Regards Vinod
