1. 반지하라서 창문으로 사람들 발소리 말소리, 차 지나가는 소리 등 조용하지 않음. 계속 커튼 치고 있어야 함 2. 겨울에 가서 추운데 난방이 정상 동작하지 않아서 아이는 감기에 걸리고 패딩점퍼 입고 잤음. 오래되어 보이는 난방시설 개선 필요.

Location was excellent, very well connected to everywhere I needed to be. It was well maintained & had a homely feel. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept the best I ever slept away from home. The entry instructions were very easily to follow and I felt the host was on hand and attentive should I need assistance. We didn’t eat much at the flat as we were there for work both day & evening but all the facilities were there should we have needed them.

It’s not really a dislike but rather a preference, I would absolutely stay again so it’s not a block, but I hadn’t realised it was a basement flat and I do prefer to sleep high level. However it felt very secure and was quiet for the busyness of the road and the privacy had Benn well thought through with excellent blinds throughout.

Extremely helpful staff & ease of checking in and out

1) Location was average for travelling back & forth from the tourist attractions and key stations like: Paddington, Victoria, etc 2) Room did not have any fans and at times it was hot during the night

Very comfortable and spacious. Was great to have 2 bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed. Very convenient to buses. Super easy to jump on a bus to wherever we wanted to go. One supermarket over the road and another a short walk away. Interesting neighbourhood. Excellent communication with host.

Some people might prefer a quieter location away from a main road but it didn’t worry us at all. Still slept soundly.
