It was comfortable and okay for one night.

I didn’t imagine it was gonna be on the ground floor so close to the street :’) I thought I was gonna have access to the rooftop anyways but I didn’t. So yeah, I totally recomend you book the one with terrace. I assume it’s much more intimate and spacious. Also I have the feeling that the woman overcharged me.

The location-it's such a noisy place! First there are two construction sites and endless motorcycles passing by your window. Ok, nobody can blame the Landlord for that reason.

it was on a bad street next to a liquor store. many drunks making noise and being violent all night. expect people to be banging on your windows all the time asking for money

They raised the price and demanded cash when we showed up with all of our luggage and no ride or anywhere to go

Drinking water supplied. Lots of sockets and well lit. Modern, secure and safe. Ideal for travelers with a useful kitchenette.

Bath towel would have been useful. A lot of road noise not helped by the building site opposite. Stayed upstairs last year which is the better of the 2.

- the staff and the host is nice - the apartment is close to the beach - the apartment has a lot of useful stuff in it

- the apartment is next to a noisy street and it’s always loud and hard to sleep at night - next to the apartment lives a handicapped person who was knocking hard on my door at 6 am and when I opened he told me he wants money from me. He also came during day to the apartment and always molested me with knocking on my door until I open because he wants money and food.
