Ci era stato indicato alla prenotazione che non si trattava di un appartamento ma di camere all'interno di un hotel 4 stelle. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio e soppratutto per l'abbondante colazione

Apartment wasn’t available. We were however put up in Hotel Terre 5 which was an excellent replacement. It was however disconcerting when we heard our original booking was not available to let.

Great location and really nice balconies.

The host was great and very receptive. The location was great - close to the center of town and close to the beach. The views from the room were very nice. Spent a lot of time on the balcony looking out at the ocean. There were stairs, but at least not an excruciating amount of them.

There was open electrical outlet in one of the rooms which I thought was dangerous - It was next to the night stand. This property was spec'd for 6 guests, but only had 1 key. Unacceptable. We had six adults and we had to coordinate who would be where and when, so we could pass the one key around. 2 keys would have been better, but 3 would be preferable. The towels were very old and some in our party refused to use them. The pillows were wafer thin and very uncomfortable. The twin beds were substandard. The other beds were ok, but not great. Part of the space had been remodeled, but the rest reminded me of my grandmother's old home. At this price point, I think the beds, pillows, and towels need to be upgraded at least.

BEWARE it is NOT a 3 bedroom with 3 queens and 2 sofa beds. It only 2 bedrooms with a queen each. The other room has 2 twins that can’t be push together. The lady told me it wasn’t her problem and take it up with Booking.com. The apartment was not as advertised. No sofas just a big dining table.

Fantastic location at the far end of Monterroso, which is very accessible to the promenade but a little quieter than being right in the middle of the action. The view from the apartment is definitely amazing. It is only a few steps from the free corner of the beach, right under the statue of the Giant. This meant that we could take quick dips in the morning and afternoon before and after exploring. The apartment is really nice, spacious and super clean. The host is lovely. I would say that the apartment and location are much better than the photos on the website.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only things that would have made our stay a little more comfortable would have been a separate set of beach towels, and a comfortable sitting chair or two.
