We love staying at this property. We’ve got a big group with grandparents and several grandkids. This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. Also just a short drive to Bethany, which is our favorite beach. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to be back again next year!

The entire family enjoyed the space! Well stocked kitchen for large groups. Lots of games, puzzles, movies for all ages. Great place for families with kids. Convenient to grocery store and short drive to the beach! Lots of great memories made here!

This is a well-appointed, clean, modern home with plenty of space for a larger group. We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location made it easy to visit Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Bethany. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

My family & I had the best time at Walter's beach house Memorial Day weekend. it was 14 of us, 6 kids & 8 adults. It's so hard for us to find a house for our group size, this house was accommodating to all of us. We didn't have to fight over bathrooms or showers. Staying at the bay is so peaceful and relaxing. the views from the decks are breathtaking. the kitchen and living room were our favorite places to hang out. the kids loved the bean bag chairs. the house supplied a kids table which was such an added bonus! We loved taking a walk to the dock. the kids had plenty of room in the driveway to use their scooters/bikes. the big driveway is so helpful for multiple cars, we fit 3 big cars so easy and had no trouble getting in and out. we made amazing memories on this trip and we can't thank you enough. It was our first time exploring this area of Delaware and we were not disappointed.

The beach house exceeded our expectations, it was big enough for our extended family of 9 adults and 3 kids. Each family had their own floor, bedrooms, bathrooms and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together in the living room/kitchen/dining room floor. The view from the upper decks was great, frequently used as a quiet napping space for some time in the sun. The driveway had room for all our vehicles to come and go without moving vehicles around a ton. The house was very clean and had the essential in the kitchen to cook meals.
One of the things that we loved was the proximity to Bethany Beach and nature trails. From the house you could walk to James Farm, bike to Prickly Pear, drive to DiFebos Market or head West to Evens Park for some pickleball. For those in our family that were part of the antique car shows in OCMD, it wasn’t that bad of a trip south. If we had to say there was a con, it would really be more of a wish list item because there were a lot of steps and no elevator but who doesn’t need more exercise and the view is worth the hike up to the top floors! We opened the shades everyday so we could see every bit of the view. Thank you Terry, Charlie and Steven for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

This house was perfect for a girls long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 9 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. We would of loved to have used the decks but the weather did not cooperate. The main living area had a table that had plenty of room for our group to sit around and play games. The furniture in the family room was so comfy and so were the beds. Since we didn't have great weather we took a short uber ride to Salted Vines Winery which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home by the bay.

We enjoyed our stay. Five stars all around. House was as described and was immaculate. Be advised there a 2 flights of stairs to the main level which proved challenging for one in our group,

This house was perfect for the group of friends that like to vacation on spring break together. The views of the bay are gorgeous especially the sunsets. The kids had a blast with all the space available. If you needed to get away for a moment, there are 4 levels so it’s easy to have your own downtime. Drive time to the beach, restaurants and shopping are very reasonable.

The home was very comfortable and had modern updates, as well as a great view of the bay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even had a nice assortment of spices. Plenty of space for both adults and children to relax and play. As with most homes where the main living area is on the floor above the bedroom, early risers had to be very quiet because the footsteps and general noise was very audible from the bedrooms. Otherwise, it's a lovely place to stay and the host was responsive and helpful.

We spent Christmas here and this house exceeded our expectations in every way! The place was very clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 14 very well. The views of the Bay are beautiful. And the host was very easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here.

Our group of 10 family members stayed here this past week and we truly enjoyed it. The house had so much room and we never felt crowded at all. The view from the third floor kitchen and living room is outstanding. You can sit there all day and watch it and actually relax. We had nothing negative yo say except that the washing machine did not work and we found out a new one was on order. That forced us to have to go to the laundry mat a couple of times which was a little annoying, but in no way did that take away from giving this a five star review. We would definitely go back here.

My fiancé and I rented this house for our wedding weekend. This house is everything we imagined and more. Stunning views of the bay from the kitchen and master bedroom made for incredible before wedding photos. Communication and check in process was flawless. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This home is stunning! The views are amazing, the location is very quiet, private and tranquil but not secluded. Not too far from grocery shopping.
The owner was super nice, very responsive and attentive. We stayed during tropical storm Ophelia and as a result woke one morning to the power going out. The owner reaponded quicky to my request for direction by calling me directly. She was very helpful and the power was back on in a short amount of time. This house had everything that was needed to enjoy our family time even during the storm! There are several levels so we were able to spread out comfortably. There are also several common areas for great family time, eating, playing games etc. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, board games, puzzles and even adult and children sized binoculars! The views from the 2 primary rooms are amazing. The multi level rooftop decks are certainly a unique plus. Check-in and out went very easy, no issues. We plan to return again next year!

The house was clean and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 14 (8 adults, 6 young kids). Our favorite room was the kitchen and family room - the open floor plan allowed the adults to relax in the kitchen/dining area while the kids played comfortably in the next room. The location was convenient, being only 20 minutes or less from multiple beaches. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

The house was plenty big for 9 adults. We all had our own space but could gather together for dinner at the large table. Very nice view inside the dining roon and the rooftop balcony provided nice views outside. The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood, while still being a half hour drive from everything on the Delaware shore and Ocean City (traffic depending)

This home was above and beyond our expectations, and those expectations were high based on the photos and description on its VRBO listing. When our family (all three generations of us) first entered the property, everyone was extremely impressed, especially our grandchildren who were ecstatic and couldn't wait to send photos of the house to their friends! We'd selected Bethany Beach for our family reunion and our home quickly became the favorite gathering place for our clan. There was plenty of space that included two massive decks on top, along with a closet full of beach gear...chairs and umbrellas, as well as plastic shovels and buckets for building sand castles. Your wonderful home certainly earned our highest recommendation!

The owners were great to work with, very quick to respond to any questions/inquiries. The house was perfect for our family, very clean, loved the layout, the design, furnishings, etc. The Amazon Alexa was a great touch and added fun for our family (playing song quiz :) ). My entire family (all females) were so happy with our Mothers Day Weekend Get-Away. We had such a great time and the place was perfect. Our only disappointment was not being able to use deck more due to rain. We are hoping to return to same location in a year and add extra days.

We loved our visit staying at this property on the bay. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and the house was breathtaking! It worked out perfectly for a long weekend with our two families. If we are in the Bethany beach area again we will definitely consider this house as an option again!

We had a great stay at this place. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The view from the upper bedroom and terrace is very nice. The terrace is awesome and great for evening gathering and grilling. Short drive to the beach and shopping. We are very grateful that the host let us do late checkout at 2pm which helped us a lot especially with you ger kids! Overall we are very pleased with the property.

We arrived at a beach house on the coldest day of the year and were pleasantly surprised the house all warmed up for us. The kitchen had the core cooking utensilsnand hearty appliances and the house had comfortable, sturdy furniture.

This was a great quiet location for our family Thanksgiving. The layout was perfect for a large group. The rooftop balcony is huge and was a great place to soak up some sun even when the temps where in the 50s. The kitchen/dining/living areas are close together, but separate enough where the kids could play without worry but the adults could carry on a conversation.

Spent a long weekend here with a group of 40+ moms and it was incredible. Property owners very responsive - the place very clean and well put together. We are looking to rent this place with our children and friends next summer!

Great location, great house, need to spend a little more time cleaning the outside shower. unfortunately it clogged the first time taking a shower, and was on usable for the rest of our stay.

Great property and owners. It felt like we could reach out to them at any time. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. We normally stay in Rehoboth, but are glad we made the change. The floor with the living space and kitchen was perfect for family games and watching movies. The long table was great for family dinners. We loved the convenience of the outdoor shower, James Farm ecological park, and the rooftop deck with lagoon view were icing on the cake. FYI: a family with older family members might have trouble with all the stairs. All in all amazing! Thank you for wonderful and memorable stay!
