We had a wonderful stay! We had 3 full families with us and it was perfect and cozy for all of us. A great location for all the things of Pigeon Forge. We also had great communication with the owner. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice for adults and kids. Quiet area near everything we wanted to do. Liked the extra bathrooms , game room , bedrooms and theater room.

The house was easy to find, with an easy process from entry to check-out. Our hosts communicated very well with us. The location of this house is perfect for activities in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the state park. The house was well equipped for us, clean and comfortable.

Great stay, amazing communication, will definitely look at booking for our next pigeon forge trip.

There were a few things that needed addressed but overall the house is warm welcoming clean and that beds were wonderful to sleep in. The kitchen was completely full of everything you would need and plenty of dishes. The game room was so much fun. Everyone had a great time. Relaxing and close to everything.

Excellent location, 3 to 5 minutes to the attractions at Pigeon Forge. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Great parking for multiple vehicles. Perfect motorcycle parking, concrete drive on a paved street. It is multi level, 3 to be exact. Stairs are carpeted, but it you have little ones you need to take your baby gate. Clean, well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend this property.

We had 4 kids and 8 adults and this place was just right for us. It had 3 King beds, 2 with an attached bathroom. 2 queen beds and a loft with a bunk bed and twin pullout bed, with 3 unattached bathrooms! The game room had multiple activities for the kids AND adults, and the movie room would have been great for anyone that isnt out and about most of the time like we were. There was a piece of the hockey table that was broken but owner plans to get fixed. Communication by host was great!! Overall, the cabin was very clean and had most of the necesseties and was in a great location not far off the strip. We really enjoyed our stay, and would return in the future if we came back to Pigeon Forge.

We didn’t even want to leave the cabin as it had so many fun things to do for everyone! Great communication with owners as well! Would definitely stay at again!

Several of us cousins meet up and spent 4 days and 3 nights in this cabin, it was Very Clean and nicely stocked. We had a Great time! Will use again

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend stay. The Host was quick to respond to any questions we had while there. The only thing I wish was better is the beds… my husband and I used the bedroom on the main floor with the King size bed, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was the firmest mattress we have ever slept on. Our other family members in other bedrooms stated the same about their beds. We realize each person has their own preferences though, so not everyone will feel this way. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Cabin is on a quiet street but close to shops and attractions. Great amenities, clean and the owners are very responsive to questions or concerns.

We enjoyed this cabin. It was just right for our size family. If you have tottlers you do want a baby gate. The cabin was stocked with all the kitchen necessities. Thank you for a relaxing time especially after long day of hiking.

Delightful vacation! Lovely 3 story house, made our stay wonderful! It is as pictured. Ground level is theater & game rooms (w/all games in photos) We enjoyed hrs of play w/our kids/grandkids! 1 Bedrm/1 ½ baths & laundry (w/stacking W/D) on this level. Main level is living, dining areas & kitchen. Also 2 Bedrms/1 Bath, w/sofa sleeper in LR. PlentyOf work space in kitchen—includes dbl coffeemaker (full pot & single serve). We made cookies & smoothies w/our grandkids, as kitchen isWell stocked w/small appliances, dishes & pans! There are 2 balcony/patio porches that run full wide of house across front & back. Space to sit & enjoy peaceful neighborhood and beautiful Pigeon Forge country-side! Hot tub on back patio. 3rd floor is primary Bedrm, 5th Bedrm & loft. Each of 5 bedrooms has queen or king bed—the loft is twin bunk bed & single fold out sleeper. Lots of lights/lamps. YEAH! (Lighting in hotels can be so dark!). Great long driveway (We had SUV & 46’ RV in the drive w/room to spare). 2 grills. Tile & wood flooring thru-out, except—stairs are both carpeted. The hard floors are easy to keep clean & look nice! House has great “cabin in the woods” feel & a great way to experience Smokey Mtn area! House has homey & relaxed feel (at least it did to us!). We were very comfortable, had all we needed. The owners are absolute best! before and during out stay. Do we recommend this house? Absolutely!! Would we stay again? Without a doubt!! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Nice stay

Property was less than 5 minute drive to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Very convenient. Lots of space with several bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy even with a large group. Game room was great. The whole family really enjoyed it. Our group was 4 adults and 5 kids and it didn't feel crowded at all. Communication with the owners was very good. Would highly recommend!

The kids had their own space, and we had enough room in the kitchen to eat together as a family instead of everyone running off to their own rooms. They enjoyed the game room, and my husband enjoyed the theater room in the evenings. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a shopping day, exploring in town or hiking. The host was responsive to any needs or concerns that we had during our stay, and assisted in resolving anything that we needed help with. This cabin has plenty of beds and rooms to accommodate guests. Also, if you have older guests it is nice that there are bedrooms on all 3 floors in case climbing stairs is challenging for them. The living room and kitchen are not huge but plenty spacious to accommodate everyone with very comfortable furniture etc. My mother in law actually said she was happy it wasn’t bigger because it still felt very cozy and homey. My kids loved the bunk bed! The movie room and game room are also great! The hosts are very communicative and available and check in and out were easy peasy. As far as location it is not the most scenic location, however if your plan is to Dollywood and attractions along the Parkway strip, it is very convenient. We could head home for nap time and go back after without eating up a lot of time. And if you are going in winter, it would be nice since it has safer, flatter roads than ones that wind up into the mountains. Overall great stay!

We had a great time at this cabin.. very roomy and very clean. It was very close to town very peaceful

Property was exactly as advertised and located very close to our destination! Owners were available and in contact with us as needed to see if we needed anything (we didn't!). We gave this trip to our children and grandchildren as an early Christmas present and were very, very pleased with everything!

Very beautiful and spacious cabin. Room enough for a large gathering. Check in was easy. Very clean. Although a few improvements needed in areas. Needs railing on outside entrance for the elderly. 2 flights of stairs not ideal for the handicapped and elderly. Fire place (s) didn't work. And it was cold enough for a nice fire. The light and fan in one of the bedrooms up stairs didn't work. The beds need new sheet covers. Figuring out how to use the TVs wasn't easy. Light bulbs needed to be replaced with matching bulbs. A few of the lamps had knobs missing. The most important issue here is adding railing to the outside entrance. I had 4 OCD AUNTIES THERE, 79 years old and above. But overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our time. Everything needed was supplied.

The location of this cabin was perfect. Very quite dead end street( it felt like you were far away) but was only a few minutes from all the attractions and restaurants. The check in process was so easy and the owner checked in with me immediately to make sure all was fine. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. A spacious cabin with room for my 3 adult children, my husband and Iand our three grandchildren. The grandchildren just loved the game room! We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

Great local, very clean, lots of things to stay entertained

It is a great place to stay with your family or 5 couples. Pleanty of private space. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. We didn't watch nut one TV We also played a family game around the large and nice Diningroom table. We mostly ate out. The ice maker was off and we didn't figure out how to use it. It is very beautiful and comfortable beds. Saturday morning there was a beautiful big deer standing near the driveway. Room for 6 carrs to park. Rent it and have an amazing vacation. Thank you Owners for being so awesome. 5 Starts!!!!!
