Nice property, close to everything.

If the heat discrepancy between the first and third floors gets fixed it will be perfect…it’s a really great place with an attentive building manager.

It was great for our stay in Pittsburgh for parents weekend at university of Pittsburgh. It was not walking distance to the campus but a 12 minutes drive which was not bad. The neighborhood seemed a little unkept at first but the place itself was very nice and clean. We would stay here again!

This property was wonderful. It was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. The communication from Frank was great, he was very quick to respond to all of my questions. It was just what we were looking for. A close drive to everything we could have wanted or needed. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Frank was an attentive host who responded quickly to our questions. Our group consisted of 3 couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. Located a quick drive from downtown, this home is comfortable, well-equipped, and located in an authentic neighborhood.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. It was an easy drive to downtown. Nice eateries in the neighborhood. Frank was very responsive to my questions.

This was a last minute booking because our other VRBO fell through. We were so lucky this beautiful property was still available! Frank was a great communicator and the home was exactly as listed. It was clean and spacious and perfect for 6 ladies for a quick overnight in Pittsburgh. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Happy with our stay here! The place was very clean, modern, spacious, furnished and decorated well. It was great that every bedroom had their own bathroom and Smart TV, and there was a loft which was like having a second living room! Convenient that there was parking for 2 cars, but a bit tight driving down the street getting to parking spaces due to the narrow road, dumpsters, and other cars parked on the street. Close proximity to a bunch of restaurants, the hospitals, and grocery stores. Easy direction to access the house, and easy checkout process. Host was extremely communicative and responsive, and was helpful with reminding us when trash day was.

This property is clean, and fully remodeled. The beds are clean and comfortable. It’s located in a part of town surrounded by food, drinks and entertainment. We originally booked this property for me and 9 another guys traveling to see the Steelers play. I would t sleepnten here, although the listing says it sleeps that many. I suppose with smaller kids or maybe two families, you could make it work, but to be safe we booked another place down in the strip district. The fees are a little high. The host was very responsive and I would stay here again for sure.

Very happy with our stay. The home is very clean and just the right amount of furniture. Not cluttered. New appliances. Bathrooms were new and lovely. Beds were all very comfortable. Parking for 2 cars was great. Very good location within Pittsburgh. The host was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I would happily stay here again.

Plenty of space for my father in law, 12 year old daughter, and my husband and I to be comfortable and cozy on a visit to Pittsburgh!

Frank was a very attentive host which made it very easy to gain access to the property and organizer additional vehicle space. The House was clean and had ample room. It was in a good location close to the the city and strip districts of Pittsburgh. Highly recommended.

The house was just as described! We had a large group of 9 people but we all fit very comfortably in the house. It was extremely clean, and the check-in/check out process was very simple. Parking spots in back were a big plus as well! House is also close to lots of bars/restaurants. Would stay again! A great choice for larger groups! No complaints at all.

This property has been beautifully and comfortably appointed. It really served our needs quite well for our stay. But, it does not earn a 5-star rating from me because the ground level flooring was quite dirty on our arrival. Our little grandson's bare feet ended up black. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies (Swiffer and wet mopping cloths) and spend the time going over it three times to improve the situation. Property management assured us they would follow up with a "deep cleaning", and I believe they will; but it should not have been rented to us in this condition, nor should we have incurred the expense and time to improve it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property so very much. The communication with the property manager was above and beyond helpful!! The house was very clean and it was beautifully decorated. It worked perfectly for our reunion. We are already talking about a return trip next year.

This very clean fully remodeled home was exactly what the exact convenience we were looking for, in order to make our stay in Pittsburgh most comfortable. My sister and I each had our own bathrooms in our bedrooms on the second floor. There are TV’s in each bedroom. For his privacy, my adult son took the upstairs loft bedroom, which also had its own bathroom plus a sitting area with television. Since heat rises, it was important to keep the thermostat on low evenings, for his comfort. An additional fan is available in the closet to help further circulate cool air. A very nice feature of this house is that there are 2 parking spots behind the house accessible via Clay St. It was most convenient to then walk through the yard and access the home via the back door, thereby not allowing neighbors on the main street to know your comings and goings. We enjoyed walking around the up and coming neighborhood and never felt unsafe. There are several shops and restaurants in the area. The property manager was very polite and responded quickly to any questions one might have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful inerior of the house. Very nicely appointed rooms and bathrooms. Coatrack at the entrance would be good. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time in Pittsburgh. My daughter goes to Chatham University and plays lacrosse. We used this weekend to have family in from Michigan. The house was “perfect”. The open family room was plenty of space for us to relax, watch TV, play games and socialize. The kitchen has all new appliances, which was great since we cooked every meal but one. We had 1 extra car and the owner made sure that we would be able to park it on the curb in front of the house. The weather was chilly for the beginning of April, in fact it snowed on Friday night, so we didn’t really explore the area that the house is located in. We look forward to doing this again next Spring. Thank you for a great weekend in a place that made everyone feel right at home.

Interior and furnishings all brand new and house very clean. Very close to good neighborhoods. This exact area/ neighborhood needs revitalizing and should get there soon with more and more people rehabbing homes there, but this house met our needs perfectly for a long weekend trip to Pitt and place to stay. 5-star for us.

We loved our stay here. The location is convenient for exploring the whole city. It has been completely renovated and is very comfortable.

PSA Long review but worth the read! Let me start by saying we have stayed at several vacation rentals over the yrs & this was a very unique experience! I have never experience such exceptional and consistent communication from a property owner. We didn’t need to think of any questions! Before we could think of them, Cortney was in my inbox answering what I would have asked! En route there, he even reached out to let us know that he added a few extra amenities (we didn’t think of or ask for) to help us feel that much more comfortable. The home is centrally located to everything. You shouldn’t be more than 10-15 min from anything you’ll be wanting to see. It’s situated in what I would describe as an artsy/boho type district with many different flavors; definitely not for the bougie need-to-be’s or those without a heart for the imagination. Wrong exit, if you’re expecting Beverly Hills ;) There are 2 private parking spaces in the back of the property. Cortney even asked if we’d have an extra car beyond the two as permit parking is required on MANY of the Pittsburgh streets for anything more than 2 hrs. He saved us on any potential fines or tow fees and took care of getting the permit for us FREE! You can EASILY access the property from the privately fenced in yard or from the front of the home. Once inside the home, you will be blown away! The pictures depict it accurately. No smoke being blown at all. In all honesty, the pictures don’t really do it justice. There’s even a well thought out powder room on the 1st level. If I’m not mistaken, this place must have undergone a recent renovation or their cleaner and interior designer is the guru of all VRBO properties! Nothing like walking into a fresh smelling clean, bright and open atmosphere. All appliances are brand new including a washer and driver on the 2nd level. There are 3 levels to the home. The two upper levels are where all the bedrooms are. Might I add- ALL WITH FULL PRIVATE BATHROOMS. 3rd level even has its on sitting area. Lots of room to spread out. Smart Televisions galore! No fighting over what channel to watch! Only down side, which didn’t affect us at all and why I said don’t judge a book by it’s cover was the front of the home. It could use a little makeover which I’m understanding is already on Cortneys agenda! We will def be staying here again! Thanks Cortney!!!

The house was so clean, tastefully decorated and had the basics for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for just about everything in the city. Everywhere we went took no longer than 15 minutes to get to by car. Communication was excellent and quick responses from the owners. The mattress was comfortable as was the sofa for watching tv. Speaking of tvs there were plenty, all with the smart feature and plenty of apps to watch movies, tv shows, etc. Everything was brand new; appliances, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc. You won’t go wrong staying here. We will stay here again when we come back in the fall. Loved it !

We had originally planned on staying at the property 17th-21st of February. Because they were calling for heavy weather for our area, we had to adjust the dates one day earlier on both ends. Cortney, the owner, was very accommodating and was more than happy to help us adjust our dates. The VRBO can be difficult if something goes wrong and contacting someone when you are a traveler can be rather daunting. There was a glitch with the system and it had us "double booked" because of previously viewing a different property. Luckily Cortney was able to fix it on his end. When we got near the preperty, I was having trouble accessing the VRBO app. Cortney, to the rescue again! He was able to get me the code another way. We found parking on the street convenient, but actually had two reserved spots in back, so we did not need a city permit. Once we entered the property we were VERY impressed! It is bright with some very large windows in front and we were also very impressed with the SIZE of the property! The walls were bright and there were windows seemingly everywhere. There was a spacious kitchen with dishes and utensils and new appliances, a sitting room and a powder room. It is a great convenience to have a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor were two large bedrooms. With very large closets and each had good size ensuites, one with a walk-in shower and each bedroom had televisions. One also had a desk with plenty of access to electrical if you needed to plug in or the need to charge an electrical devices. The third floor had not just another bedroom with a bathroom, but also its own sitting room with a television! It also had a large closet. We did not need the third floor, but one night our daughter, a doctor at UPMC Children's, did use the third floor and found it very comfortable. Over all we found this to be not just comfortable, but also very convenient if you want to visit or explore Pittsburgh. It is located one block off of Penn Avenue. If someone is in town to visit UPMC Children's Hospital, this would be a GREAT spot to stay. Also, if you just need access to most places in Pittsburgh this would be an AWESOME place to stay. We cannot say enough good things concerning the owner Cortney, the interaction and great customer service he provided! We highly recommend this property and will surely stay here again!
