Our 1st vacation as a family that wasnt get together for a wedding or a memorial we all got to do the activities we all desired we got to relax and enjoy our family at the house everyone has their own bed was comfortable highly recommend Rebel Ridge Thank you

We had a great weekend with lifelong friends. Everyone had their own room that’s were comfortable plenty of room for everyone. There was 12 of us all together. We had an excellent time highly recommend renting.

We had a wonderful time here, the house was beautiful, well-maintained, and ideal for a weekend with family. There were 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom layout was ideal, as was the pool table overlooking the main area. Everything was clean and comfortable! The property manager was very communicative when the pilot light to the gas fireplace blew out (very windy weekend!) and we had no issues with anything. Thank you!

Had a great time with the extended family celebrating Thanksgiving. Nice house, open floor plan made it easy to enjoy each other’s company, while not getting on the way while cooking.

This was perfect for our annual girls weekend. The home was very cozy. Just right for us to stay in, watch movies, and make some comforting meals. Deborah was very easy to work with, she responded very quickly to all of our questions.

Rebel Retreat was an amazing stay for our family. Very spacious. Cozy. And had all the necessities of home. We’ve stayed a a number of VRBOs and sometimes you can’t wait to get home to be home. We didn’t feel like that. We wanted to stay longer

Reservation was very easy, host was accommodating and flexible due to an early scheduling conflict on our part. Frank our property manager was extremely helpful in helping resolve a minor glitch with a tripped circuit breaker ( our error). He was there to answer all of our questions and guide us when needed The house was impressive, my grandchildren described it as a mansion when they first arrived. Slightly disappointed with the yard space, but we are a very adaptable group and enjoyed both the fire ring and hot tub immensely. Having the opportunity to finally gather together under one roof after three years of putting it on hold was to borrow a phrase from a commercial “priceless “ Thanks again for helping make this possible. We liked the layout of the kitchen, great room and dining area for a central gathering spot, you have done a nice job with furnishings and decor Thanks again for memories we will always have to share.

We enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. Really has most everything a family needs to enjoy vacation! We saw deer right off the back patio every morning and evening. I would highly recommend this rental to all larger groups. Also the property mgr Frank was very responsive to our few minor questions. Customer service like that is hard to come by!

Very close to numerous activities

We had an amazing time. The property was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The property manager and host were very well at responding to any questions . We were a big group and the property accommodated all of us with no problem. The community pool as well as the beach with the rowboats also made it so much more fun. Would do again.

This was a great home with plenty of space for our trip! The living area of so open and relaxing. Great space outside too! Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive.

This house was amazing for us. Plenty of bedrooms spread out throughout the house for comfort and privacy. Excellent game room over looking the family room making everyone feel together when not in the same room. Fun hot tub. Nice and clean and warm. Cozy outdoor fire pit. Plenty of parking and convenient to many tourist areas and activities. We had a blast here with our family and would certainly rent again.

The property itself is beautiful, inside and out. Plenty of parking space and lots of rooms and beds to fit your family/friends. Also, there’s plenty of indoor activity space. We really loved it. Here’s the downside. The property is so poorly managed that it’s not worth staying there. We ran into a multitude of issues while staying here, and they were ALL due to poor management and communication. When we got there. The entire property was covered in ice, to include the steps, it was very dangerous. When I contacted the owner, they said “it’s the poconos.” I totally understand that, but there wasn’t even a drop of rock salt. My family and I spent the next two hours salting and breaking up ice so that we could move around the property without getting injured. They sent someone over to “clear the ice”, but they didn’t do anything, we did it all. Next, they told us on the day we were to arrive that the outdoor fire pit wasn’t working, and had been turned off because there was a safety/gas issue. We were disappointed, but because it was a gas issue, we understood completely. A few hours later we discovered the indoor fireplace as well as the grill (both things we intended to use) weren’t working either. When I called, they sent someone out who told us they were all part of the same system. Ok, we understand at that point, because its a safety thing. Then they tell us that has been an issue for a week. They waited until the day we were on our way to tell us about it, and lied saying it just happened. The plate for the microwave was broken, and when I called they said it happened a while ago, and the plate is on order. They didn’t tell us that, and we brought microwave food for the children. So we had to run to the grocery store and purchase new things. Another poor communication issue. Finally, when I received my check-in text, with the door code, they said the hot tub was scheduled to be cleaned from 2-5 (after we were already there), but the cleaners never came. We went to check it, and it was filthy. The water was green and slimey. When I called, they sent someone out to drain it and refill it, but then they put in the chemicals and it had such a foul chemical smell that we couldn’t go in for 24 hours. Something they should have mentioned. Each time I contacted the management and the owner, they did something quickly, but none of it was acceptable. Our trip was substantially impacted. I do not recommend staying at this location.

Very modern and well kept place. Close drive to Blue Mountain. Nice community.

Plenty of space for a family of 14 plus 2 toddlers. House is very beautiful. The water was not that hot. But other then that we enjoyed our stay

This property was perfect! It was beautiful, clean and just the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be booking in the future!
