I love the fact that is was so easy To go walking everywhere that I need it to go, the restaurant in there was so amazing the staff super friendly thanks you and I'm sure I'll be going back to this place

Better than many hotels in Mexico, clean and quiet at night. The staff was nice. I thought their prices for massages and manicures were reasonable, though I did not partake myself.

Not sure why they couldn't have given me a better room since the place was almost empty besides me, especially with a view of the mountains and town, but mine was the only one without a balcony and the window only opened part way into the inner courtyard on a second floor, which is better than many, but they could have done better. Maybe they were worried about theft and/or drunken Americans falling off the balcony, I don't know. Apparently more US tourists die from falling off of balconies than any other reason while vacationing in Mexico. The floor had gaps in the fake wood flooring that was not in good condition, and spots of paint were peeling off the walls- perhaps from a previous tenant taping pictures up. Although the sheets were clean and one pillow didn't smell, but the other did and the outer blankets weren't washed they smelled a bit too and had hairs that weren't mine in them - typical for any hotel even in the US, but I thought they should be washed because of the COVID crisis. After Saturday night when there was some othe people in the hotel besides me, I came back to the room and the bathroom smelled like a sewer- and it wasn't my poop that was stinking! I ran the shower for a while and the smell went away, but that's just not good for the price and ratings of this hotel. I never did find put where the sauna was and only found the exercise room and what a wonderful view they have by pushing the wrong button the elevator that had the number worn off.

Room size is perfect. Maid service daily.

Too much light through curtains at night time and early morning. Thicker curtains would be nice.

Location and rooms are away from street so very quiet.

Bed was ok, but could use an updated mattress.
