So much better than staying in a hotel. The place was very clean and attractive, nice sized kitchen and nicely equipped, comfortable den and bedrooms. Having the gas fireplace and outdoor seating on the patio were a nice bonus. Relatively close to the base, close enough to grocery stores and drugstore. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We went down for graduation from Basic at Fort Jackson. The property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Overall a much better option than a hotel in my opinion. I traveled with my sons girlfriend so this worked great for us to both have some privacy. We each had our own full bathroom and shower. It was perfect for us

The property was very clean. Just right for me , husband and adult daughter. The photos were representative of the actual townehome. Nicely appointed and stocked with plenty amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great other than 1 thing. Very clean, easy to get to, good location. Unfortunately could not find check-out list, so was not clear on what we needed to do to check-out.
The internet, thus the TV did not work. We could never get online, could never get any of the streaming to work. Had to use our personal phones as hot-spots. With it not being top priority, I will accept responsibility for not reaching out on this. We were gone during the day and I never thought about emailing you until late night when we returned.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

The proximity to Fort Jackson was great. And we enjoyed the week visiting our son. The beds are small for a queen beds and were not to our liking. Other amenities were as expected.

Quality Comfort was a great place to stay for us while we visited our soldier! Was even allowed an off post pass, so he also enjoyed the 8 hours he had with us. The description was spot on and was very clean and well taken care off. Another positive is it was close to Fort Jackson! Highly recommend l!!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay, especially close to Ft. Jackson, this is it! This townhouse had all the basic fundamentals and more! Cute, clean, and quaint, and includes a fireplace, cable tv and a bathroom in both bedrooms, and all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. It even includes a backyard patio with a grill. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. “Quality comfort” was in effect and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean easy to locate. The only improvement I would recommend is to get more comfortable mattresses.

The home was heavenly from the moment we walked in. I am big on scents, the air freshener was everything. I must have said it a hundred times as it stayed the entire time we were there.
I requested use of a grill and it was placed there unfortunately, I was so busy doing the town didn’t use the grill. Supplies were readily available so I didn’t have to purchase seasonings, paper towel etc. just wonderful.
It is in the best location to everything you could possibly want I would definitely book again

Ft Jackson Graduation
Trying to find a hotel for graduation was becoming difficult as many were attending. Found this location and was extremely pleased with its location to Ft Jackson, cleanliness, very comfortable accommodations, full kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer….even individual makeup remover towelettes. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

Everything is immaculate and the neighborhood is quiet even though there was a baseball game going on right across the street a the park our first day in! Very nice setting. Everything was really nice, and the owners responded quickly to every message. If I could give it an A+ infinity I would!

While this home sleeps 5 people, we mostly had small kids with us, and the rooms were plenty big enough for our kids to sleep in their sleeping bags on the floor in the room we were in. We were right across from a park for the small kids to play at, which was great.
Would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone visiting the Columbia/ Ft Jackson area :)

This house was very clean and beautiful. Located conveniently near Fort Jackson, and most things there are to do in Columbia.
Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Smart lock was a little frustrating, however the house was tidy and fairly comfortable. Felt private, and was easy to get to places. occasionally traffic at night but not horrendous. Also gps took the wrong way and took us to a house further up the road that was not as nice. 3.7/5

If I had any recommendations, it would be to have a curtain or blind on the down stairs door toward the patio and to have a few more towels available. Just as a side note our GPS took us the wrong way on Montgomery st...told us to take a right on Montgomery and definitely needed to take a left. It's right across from a ball field. We would rent again...can't beat the price and location. Close to everything in Colombia!!
