The house was amazing!!! We took our 19 and 20 year old daughters and their boyfriends as well as my aunt and uncle with us. The house is awesome sized and everyone had plenty of room. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and the day after I messaged someone came to clean the pool. The walk to the beach is short and the cart that is on site is nice to get everything to the beach. One of the carts was broken when we arrived,I had messaged the management company because I didn’t want them to think we broke it. They said they would bring a new cart or have someone fix the broken one. It didn’t happen while we were there, but we were able to get everything to the beach with just the 1. Things to remember if you’re bringing a large group - bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and a large skillet. Also, bring extra blankets!!! Thankfully I took a blanket with me or I would have froze. When you have 8 people in the house it’s always going to be to warm or to cold for someone. A couple extra blankets in the closet would be nice. Overall this house was fabulous and we can’t wait to rent it again.

Everything was great!!!

Our teen/adult kids requested to return to this property. We like the quiet neighborhood (a little off the main drag). We like the proximity to the lagoon and ocean. We like the layout of the home with bedrooms for the kids/friends upstairs (with their own TVs, bathrooms, etc), the master downstairs, and plenty of space for family gathering in the open kitchen/living room. It is always too cold to enjoy the pool at this time of year, but the outdoor spaces, including balconies, are wonderful and would be even more enjoyable as it warms up. Well-equipped, very clean, newer home with responsive, professional support services from the property managers. Just really enjoy the property and people. Hope to come again next year!

Our 5 day stay here for 8 adults and 1 infant was great! Though it wasn’t right off the beach, this was still a great location. The pool is on the smaller side but good enough to relax in away from the beach, just wish there were some shade options (umbrella or shade screens). There is now a grill but there was no propane so we ended up using our own grill. Definitely a lot of stairs if you’re not used to it or have to carry kiddos up and down to the bedrooms. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/pots,pans/utensils for a trip if you’re not particular about using your own - kitchen was just missing salt & pepper shakers. We also wished the kitchen furniture was not cloth because we would always have to change out of damp swimsuits in order to have a meal all together between beach and pool sessions. No water pressure in the master shower upstairs - ended up not using that shower after the first day. Walls in upstairs bedrooms are VERY thin - everyone upstairs can hear each other in the next bedroom. A few provided blankets would be great as well for those that are used to more than just a quilt - we luckily brought our own. Other than the small particular things mentioned we had a great time! The house is beautiful & a great place to stay for a family’s visit to Gulf Shores.

We really liked the property. Pool was small but we saw that from other reviewers. The kids loved it. We did have a few maintenance issues. The company got a new phone line while we were there and didn’t answer for a day or so but otherwise they were very responsive. The house does have a grill now- I noticed other reviews said it did not. That was a nice surprise. Short walk to the beach and great location. Could use a large skillet for cooking meals otherwise the kitchen had what we needed. We need a 5 bedroom going forward but otherwise we would stay here again. Also, as noted in another review, the Queen with trundle bedroom is a double bed not a queen as listed.

The property was not ready at check in, the couple cleaning it was not done. The pots and pans needed to be replaced. There is no binder on the counter for the house rules like in the listing. The cold and hot were backwards for the shower and the bathroom plug ins didn’t work. The door off the main deck didn’t latch. Was told there was a bbq on the property, but there was not one. Property manager did get us one on our last day of our stay. Pool is very small and not idea for a large family. We Loved gulf shores, beautiful beach! Overall we had a wonderful time spending time with our family and grandchildren.

We loved the house and property! The pool was perfect size for our family of 11. Within walking distance to the beach.

This property is located in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. While the steps to the property are sure to give you a leg workout during your stay, the home is relatively new and has been well-kept. Fair warning, most all of the shower knobs are backwards. The cold is hot water and the hot water is cold. In addition, when we arrived the pool was green. I was able to get in touch with the property manager and it was resolved the first night of our stay. We were able to enjoy the pool our second day there and the remainder of the week. If you are traveling with a large group, be sure to bring your own toilet paper, especially if you are planning to stay more than a few nights. Overall, we had a great vacation with perfect weather!

Very clean place with lots of space for family or friends. Customer service was super responsive and friendly. The location is ideal with only a couple minute walk to the beach. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our time!

We really loved this house. It’s pretty much brand new, super clean, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. They got us checked in about an hour early which was awesome because we had two 1-year-olds. A few things to be aware of: -One room is listed as a Queen with Twin trundle. It’s actually a Full with Twin trundle. We had to shuffle our room assignments because of this. -There were only 2 kitchen towels. As a group of 8 adults, 2 teens, and 2 babies, this was not nearly enough and we bought more. -There is one small skillet. The kitchen had a ton of dishes and lots of appliances but I don’t think they actually expected people to make full meals in the kitchen. If you’re planning on cooking for more than 4 people, you’ll need to bring a large skillet or wok and maybe your own preferred cooking utensils. I wished I had mine. -Two of the showers had the hot/cold handles switched. -About halfway through our stay, the keypad broke and would not stop beeping. Management let us use the hard key so it was fine. None of these things were dealbreakers and we would absolutely stay in this house again! Just listed them because I would want to know if I were the owner.

Overall the experience was great. The house was very nice and fit our needs perfect with 4 adults and 7 kids. Pool was small but it worked for the kids. Easy access to the beach and great walking trails! Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean, had a nice set up, and the private pool was perfect for when the beach was closed. We would recommend a grill onsite (we bought a $20 grill at Dollar General) and a larger frying pan or griddle for people who want to make breakfast. Other than that, we loved our stay!

We enjoyed having plenty of space for all of our family to enjoy. The pool area and decks are nice to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. Short walk to the beach. Nice amounts of towels for all bathrooms. We would definitely rent again. Property management is not good @ getting you the info. you need to check in/out or WiFi password. You have to contact them for all of it. They did email us some information about trash p-up days etc. the entry code they emailed wasn’t correct.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores. We enjoy this area and property location because it is close enough to downtown to quickly get anywhere, but far enough away to be less crowded/quieter. Granted, we have only been here in the off-season (our previous visit was same neighborhood/time period). This home has nice access to the beach and lagoon, as the lagoon is at the end of the street and the beach is just a 1-block walk. The house was immaculate and has a beautiful layout, with plenty of beds/bathrooms for all. The bunks and trundle made the smaller rooms very versatile with efficient use of space. One of my favorite things are the beautiful balconies with nice chairs/tables. With no houses immediately behind the property (at least not at this time), the view is beautiful to the lagoon and the Gulf beyond. We like to cook and eat together. The kitchen was well-stocked with ample plates, cups, mugs, silverware, etc. Bakeware, pans, utensils for cooking were plentiful and covered all the bases. Probably because this property is "new", even the knife set was very sharp - a necessity in any chef kitchen! Know that you will need to bring: - beach towels - any spices or seasonings, including salt/pepper/sugar or sweetener (for coffee) (unless this changes - we did recommend providing a basic spice rack to the managers) - coffee filters for drip coffee maker - pods for Keurig (the Keurig was missing when we were there so maybe there will be pods when it is replaced?) - additional dishwasher soap, TP, etc (as recommended by the manager) These were not surprises, as the listing is clear about them, but just a reminder. We did have a few issues with the locks and missing items, but someone is available 24/7 and they were very prompt, very kind, very accommodating, and very willing to make things right immediately. This is what I expect from customer service, and they did it well! **One note (maybe management has some comments?) -there is a pool on the property. We would have loved to use it in warmer weather (we were there in Dec) and it would certainly be a hit. As a mom and medical professional, I am curious what safety features are. My children are all teens and older, so it was not an issue, but if I had small children, the pool might be concerning. There was no cover on the water (maybe there is an alarm?) and it is accessible from the house at any time. Just FYI for young ones that have no fear and can't swim....

We were in town for a weekend event in Orange Beach and opted to stay at this location in Gulf Shores. It was the best choice. The pictures are an exact replica of the in person view. The pool even lights up at night!! The views from the balconies were great at sunset. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances. The common area was spacious. The proximity to the beach (5 min walk) shopping, attractions, restaurants and our intended venue (The Wharf) was spot on. We would definitely stay here again. Checkin was easy. Although I had to contact the management company on a couple of occasions about some minor missed 'while you're here' instructions , they were ALWAYS available. As a reminder to management the welcoming packet was missing *wifi password * pool/beach accessory lock code Also, the bunk room did not have the fan panels attached. And there was no pillow, throw blanket or sheets for the sofabed. For upcoming guests. The shower knobs in the two master baths are backwards. To get hot water, slightly turn the water on the cold side. but if you like cold 🚿 turn it to the hot side. Recommendations: A gas grill This place was a great find and a great stay. It is definitely gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house is beautiful are we couldn’t of had better weather the office was fast at getting back with me the only issue is we didn’t have access to the toys the wagon and umbrella other than that it was a great week

I don’t typically write reviews unless my experience is either really good or really bad. In this case, It was really good. It is hard to complain about a brand new house that has hardly been stayed in. We are honored to have been one of the first guests and can’t wait to go back and stay again. The house is beautiful, close to the beach, and close to the lagoon. Short of being directly on the beach, what else could you ask for! Also, the management company was very helpful. When I had questions, they were quick to respond and check in and out was very easy. If you are looking for the perfect house, book this one. I promise you will not be disappointed!
