Overall this property was great for our stay!! It was right on the beach and close to shopping and a few restaurants!! It does need some updating as it seems to be in original condition, and a couple things need repairing, take pics and video to document how it was when staying there! Owner was very responsive when we messaged her! Toilet in master bath does run on due to some building/toilet issues as we were told by owner! We decided just to turn it off at night as not to disrupt our sleep! Minimal supplies in kitchen, we had to buy a sharp knife and leave it there to cut up fruit and veggies! Neighbors were very loud, could hear closing of closet doors hitting the wall constantly! All in all worked for our purpose, close to everything and was clean, which was our main objective!!

We arrived at the building after driving for nearly 8 hours. We were in Hollywood to attend a funeral. We had planned to remain in the area for 4 nights. Place was very rundown. Carpeting in halls was very dirty and worn. In order to use a luggage cart, one had to leave a drivers license with the valet. Upon entry to the actual apartment, we were greeted by a horrible stench. The primary bathroom toilet was obviously not working. The front desk attempted to contact the owners, but calls went unanswered. For that reason, she gave us the phone number for the property owner. The property owner sent the cleaning person to confirm the toilet was broken. Unfortunately she spoke no English and we do not speak no Russian. By now it was approximately 10 PM and my husband and I were exhausted. We did spend the first night at the apartment and were there for a total of 10 hours. The sheets were worn and stained. The window and sliding door opened, but there were no screens. The bathroom was stained with rust and mildew. It has now been nearly a month, and we have yet to receive a refund. Upon leaving, I could not wait to shower in a clean bathroom with a working toilet. I have never had an experience such as this, and hope never to repeat it.

We arrived on a Friday night and at a glance things all looked great and in order. However, the master bath toilet would not flush. Contacted the owner. He knew of the issue and said “just don’t use it”. I was very irritated that we were confined to a 1/2 bath. He made no effort to make it right. Also. The sheets - top sheet had 3 spots !!!! I was mortified.

The Sian was amazing location and the property exceeded my expectation. The condo was huge, including the bedroom and bathroom (I also loved the water pressure in the shower). The balcony was relaxing and it was very quiet for a vacation rental. The property host, Karen, responded to all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend!

Great access to the ocean. Walmart in walking distance. Circuit available a few steps away. A place to eat across the street. My only reason to rate at 4 was the traffic noise. Coming from a quiet area, I was prepared for traffic noises. Everyone was very nice at the hotel.

Being just a top of the trees, made it feel very tropical at the window! Morning tea on the porch was great! Great heated pool! Beach!! We will be back!!

Has beachfront access nice pool area. Location has everything you could ask for. King bed and futon and air mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy in and out parking.

I loved my stay here. Karen was awesome, she had my questions already answered before I asked. Beach access is practically oceanfront. There’s only a couple food options within walking distance, but the Argentinean place is amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. I’ll be back soon.

Everything was top notch - especially communication with the property. Excellent in response time and clarity. Very easy check in. Everything met/exceeded expectations as described. Very nice/comfortable property for up to four. We were four friends and were very comfortable. Mostly ate out, but well equipped for eating in. Also front desk and property staff great.

Nice! Other than the extra charges for $30 entrance fob to get in and out of the beach, and $10charge/day parking. Also not only a cleaning fee was charged which I didn't mind, but they charge a Service fee that was not understood, cause we had No extra services.

My boyfriend and I rented this unit for a week and it was our first time in Miami together. The unit is very big and comfortable, with two bathrooms and king-sized bed. We ate breakfast every morning overlooking palm trees. We loved our stay except for two small aspects. The beach was narrow and not maintained by the city. The unit is close to a busy street so you can hear the car motors. If you are sleep sensitive, this might bother your nights. If not, then this unit is perfect! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. 5 stars despite the narrow beach and noisy street sounds.

Property was clean and looked exactly like the listing. It was stocked with beach essentials and bathroom supplies. Check in process was not ideal. We waited an hour for someone to come to the front desk. Owner was very detailed and honest.

We stayed in the condo and it is very nice. On the other hand, there is traffic on the boulevard and it is a bit disturbing. There is a $30 fee for the chip and if you want to rent chairs there is an average fee of $30 per day. When we arrived there was no soap for the dishwasher as well as dish soap. There was only one extra toilet paper. The communication with the rental owner did not live up to my expectations. All in all, we had a pleasant stay the SIAN is a well maintained building and the people are very handful.

This property is right down the street from where we live, however, it provided us with separate/private time and a place to rest and relax for all. The property was well maintained and the children enjoyed the pool and beach access. We would use this property again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay. Condo was in a great location. Walmart and a few other stores are a short walk away. We took an uber to restaurants and the boardwalk. Kitchen had all the basics. Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. We would recommend this place to friends.

A great two-night stop on our drive from NY to Key West. The condo had everything we were looking for - plenty of space and quick access to pool and beach. Communication was easy as well!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The location is excellent and the property is very nice and clean. Maybe a little short on some small kitchen items like a blender, pizza cutter and scissors again small items. We definitely recommend and we will look to stay again when returning to the are. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your great property with our dogs!
