After a long, online search we found this property. It was perfect! The size and location were exactly what the Bride & Groom wanted for their wedding ceremony. This property was designed for hosting! The flow of the layout is perfect for events such as this. And Kelly was so helpful and prompt with her responses when we had questions.

Property was clean and beautiful. All enjoyed the pool and the view. The back deck is huge with plenty of seating. We put hammocks up on the dock, and it was so relaxing. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and the elevator and walk-in shower made her experience so easy! Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much! Would love to come back one day!

We chose this house because of their welcomeness to events and they absolutely came through! The property was amazing. The patio and living space are absolutely perfect for entertaining. Every guest room has a bathroom, huge kitchen with two fridges and three dishwashers! Family and kids had the best time in the pool overlooking the dock and water. The upstairs was perfect for the bridal party to get ready with the separate living space and mini bar. They just thought of everything when it came to this property and it really shows. The dog run underneath is the cherry on top. We could not have asked for a better space to spend the weekend! And Kelly our POC could not have been more accessible and patient with our questions and concerns prior, during and ending our stay. We will definitely be back! Property is beautiful. Pool was perfect for the small kids. Easy walk to the beach and ocean. Kitchen was perfect size for a large group. Lots of fridge space, cooking area, and multiple dishwashers made life easier. Bathroom for each bedroom was a ++ Sunsets on the back deck were perfect!

There we 18 of us for a 4th of July vacation. Our ages ranges from 10-77 years old. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. I personally enjoyed the dock the most. We would sit on the dock and watch the sun set most evenings we were there.

Amazing home, location and experience! Can't say enough good things about our stay. We had 10 adults and 3 toddlers and had more than enough room. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach (few people and felt private), and we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from the house on the lagoon (while relaxing in the pool)! We had no issues whatsoever but management still checked in on us via text, which I appreciated. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

This place is exactly as pictured. New house smell, beach breeze, 360 degree views, fully stocked with anything and everything you could need and so much room! We travelled with 8 adults and 13 children ranging in age from 1-13. The house had everything we needed for cooking for our large family. The access to the pool was right at the back door so anyone in the kitchen and living areas were easily able to watch the back patio and pool area. The firepit was great for the cool nights. The outdoor grill was right there on the patio so whoever was grilling wasn't missing any of the action. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property manager, Kelly, leading up to our stay and while we were there. She was so kind and helpful! We were able to fish and crab (we did bring our own crab traps) off of the dock and caught about a dozen and a half over the week and boiled them on our last night. I would absolutely stay here again. Being bay side added another activity for us to do and it was great. The walk to the beach was very short.

Veranda Laguna is a nice slice of luxury along the lagoon shore across from the beach in Gulf Shores. The dock was perfect for our fishing and paddle boarding. The pool and deck are great. Kitchen large and on point. Amenities and attention to detail stand out. When couples showed up for the stay they were all amazed at the nice place we had found.

We used Veranda Laguna as both our lodging and venue for our April wedding. The house is spacious, very clean, and designed with large parties in mind. Tons of dishes and cookware available. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is heated. The house does not have some extra amenities that you would expect like hair dryers, salt and pepper, no extra towels etc. This is all disclosed in the welcome packet so just read thoroughly! They do provide several dishwasher packets and some laundry detergent! The house as a wedding venue was PERFECT! Plenty of room to get ready. The weather we had was incredible. We had the ceremony down in the sand on the lagoon. All the sliding glass doors leading to the deck are pocket doors. We opened those and the reception flowed within the kitchen, living room and deck. We had around 70 guests plus vendors and we did not feel crammed at all. The kitchen island was plenty big to set up a dinner buffet. On the deck we were able to fit a DJ, bar with bartenders, dance floor, and several cocktail styles tables. We also utilized some of the patio furniture for seating as well. The gas firepit on the deck was a hit when it got chilly at night and the pool lights up in fun colors. Since this house is lagoon side I wasn’t expecting much of a sunset but I was wrong. Truly one of the best sunsets. Kelly was amazing. She was sweet and very helpful. Any question she was just a text away. Vacation, wedding, or both…just book it you won’t regret it!!

We arrived with 8 guys for a our annual golf trip and had more then enough room for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms and the kitchen/common area provided a great space for everyone to hang out and enjoy meals together. We spent hours soaking up the nice weather on the multiple decks/patios around the house. Communication with the host was flawless and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Veranda Laguna was the perfect setting to gather with family that live all over the country and rarely get to spend time together. The layout of the house provides space for coming together and having alone time when needed- all in a beautiful setting. The pool, the fire pit, the luxurious kitchen and thoughtful details made for a very special vacation.

Our stay was perfection. Wonderful home, beautiful location… couldn’t ask for a better visit. :)

Our group of two couples, our adult children (and now their spouses and one grandchild) has traveled together for two decades. We've stayed in lots of homes, and Veranda Lagoona is the best ever. We're a little picky. Our requirements are at least six bedrooms with comfortable bedding suitable for adults (√), a large, fully stocked kitchen....bonus points if it's worthy of a Food Network cooking show (√), plenty of seating (√), spectacular views (√), outdoor living space (√), network and cable TV for all the Thanksgiving week football games (√), and parking for a small fleet of vehicles (√). Veranda Lagoona was this and more! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us. We're already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful experience, the people over the house were so helpful and awesome to work with! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a couple issues within our 6 night stay but Kelly and George were quick to respond and address some of the issues. The house is pretty toddler proof (not cluttered or many breakables) and does have a baby gate for the stairs. The pool itself doesn’t have a gate around it but the doors leading to the deck are heavy and have an alarm so beware if you have little ones. Overall the house is great and the perfect wedding venue. The pictures you get from the sunset alone are phenomenal.

We had a wedding w 63 and it was a perfect "venue". The inside main floor seating and kitchen area, more than perfect for those who prefer gathering to visit while the outside deck welcomed all the those for dancing and a dj. It was amazing! Awesome home!

This property created base for the wedding of our dreams! We could not have asked for a better stay. The property was clean and there was fantastic communication with Kelly the property manager! Highly recommend for a vacation and/or event venue!

The dock was in process of being rebuilt which I didn’t know but honestly not a big deal for our girls trip. The house is stunning and clean. A few minor issues upon arriving but excellent communication and great resolution. Highly recommend!

We had a few minor hiccups during our stay, however, Kelly and George were very responsive and we are happy with our stay overall. Our large group of 6 families would stay here again.

This home has the perfect beach vibe. Well designed, spacious, and the decor is 2nd to none. We travel each year to the area and this is hands down the ideal vacation home. There is no amenity left out. The kitchen is well stocked with ample fridges, dishwashers, and ice makers. The pool, dock, and outdoor shower along with the outdoor space and furniture make this home standout. More beautiful views than you can possible take in. The cherry on the sundae is the owner and manager. George and Kelly have outstanding customer service and prompt response to any communication or need. Kelly is both helpful and very personable. Don’t second guess this one- it’s a vacation paradise home.

This beautiful property was perfect for our four families and children. The state of the art kitchen would win prizes. We would have 5 people working in there and never felt crowded. It was extremely well equipped and would serve very well for catering a large party or event. The sound system was awesome. You could turn the music on or off through the house inside and out. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and large. Many of our group enjoyed the house, pool and lagoon so much we never made it to the beach. If I could suggest any improvement it would be to add a full-length mirror or two. There was one but it was inside a closet where I put my clothes so it wasn't usable. It really was a wonderful house and location.

Words cannot express how thankful we are to George, Kelly, the builder, and team for making this vision a reality! We searched the entire area for the perfect wedding venue and Veranda Laguna exceeded our expectations! There are so many options for wedding/reception setup and we were most pleased with our choice. This new construction is unlike any waterfront property we have seen in this area and provided perfect accommodations for our wedding party. The entire team worked so hard to make sure we had the absolute best time. The extended family was very happy with their accommodations at the sister property across the street, The Veranda. The location of these properties is the perfect West Beach area as it is so close to town, but secluded on the busiest of weekends. We were able to enjoy the spacious oversized private beach with our Veranda stay, while having full access to Little Lagoon with Veranda Laguna. I can't wait to bring our boat here soon to enjoy the beautiful new boat facilities! My nephew caught quite a few fish on the dock while we were all busy on wedding day:) We had about 70 in attendance and had plenty of parking and room to roam as the outdoor entertainment space here is like no other. The elevator was very helpful with our wedding supplies and we had plenty of room to fill up the spacious kitchen and butler's pantry. The chef's kitchen is beautifully designed with two SubZeros, an oversized Wolf gas range, icemaker, and three dishwashers. The panoramic views from Veranda Laguna are breathtaking! This home was built with intention and elegance, with every attention to perfect detail. Our family and friends enjoyed the most amazing sunsets overlooking the infinity pool while sitting by the firepit. It was truly a fairytale dream week!
