Beautiful view. Easy access to the beach and the property was just as it was listed. We cooked two nights and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

This condo was excellent! Upon entry, the condo smelled so clean. Everything was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and there were plenty of towels. The condo is in the best location. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, there are two gift shops right next door on either side. The gift shop inside the first floor of Summerwinds was a fun surprise! Had drinks and snacks and several cute souvenirs for purchase. The weather was amazing during our stay, so it was wonderful to have the beach and three pools so close by. The security guards were even super nice and friendly. Only "problem" we had with the condo were the DVD players not working, but that wasn't a big deal. It was the perfect vacation! We would love to stay here again!

We were extremely satisfied with everything. Even though there were some renovations going on we still had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. We will most definitely be looking to return again. Thank you.

We loved the condo! The listing was spot on. The building is under construction but in the grand scheme of things that was a minor inconvenience. However, the condo was so cute and cozy. The owners made sure to have extras of everything. They had game boards, pool and beach toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. They have extra throw blankets, pillows rugs to put in extra spaces where needed. The smart fans and TVs were a bonus. The bunk bed is huge it was either a full of full or Queen over Queen but had a trundle that could fit two 10 year olds. We loved it and plan to come back! We want to tell the owners thank you for the extra touches. You made it feel like a home away from home. Also, I’d love to know where you found the desk and drawers in the master I need those 💗

Everything was great: location, cleanliness, space.

Condo was clean and check in process was easy. Communication with property management was great. Highly recommend if your looking for a great vacation rental with friends and family.

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach and the area was fantastic. The condo was much more spacious then it appeared in pictures. One downfall was finding out only two days before our trip that the balcony was being repaired and unusable. We were given a decent and acceptable return on a portion of our payment for this inconvenience. However we were not informed that due to these repairs there would be EXTREME noise as if they were inside our condo with jackhammers from 7am until about 3pm every workable day! Also was not made aware that our pool, hot tub, and grill area would be blocked off and only ONE elevator in use. Sharing the pool area with the other two condos on either side was a bit inconvenient and annoying as there was an abundance of ppl using them especially the hot tub. On top of all that the dryer did not work at all and when contacted they were unable to get anyone there to fix it until the day we left. Honestly would go to this area again but not sure I would rent this condo! Went with a friend and her family, same building and condo size and hers was much more put together with beach towels, snacks, and many other convenient small amenities. Also full communication before and during trip with advice and a guide book if the area. Full use of their balconies and was warned in advance about noise and construction limiting areas. Plus the big kicker it was MUCH cheaper and just as nice if not better on decor and comfort. One other note the master bed is made for someone 6’ plus to get in and out of, I know because I’m 5’7” and had to literally jump up and out while my 6’1” daughter navigated it with ease LOL

When we arrived at the facility, the waiting area for the elevator (only 1 in service) was packed. With over 16 floors this was a constant struggle throughout our stay. Our Condo had a beautiful view and other than sticky, sandy floors, seemed pretty clean. We did not have any issues with the property itself during our stay, however, after check out, we received an email of an additional charge of almost six hundred dollars with no explanation other than "Goods or Services." It took almost 2 weeks to get a response to my email as to why we were charged the additional fee and my final questions and requests for verification have still not been received almost 2 months later. According to the property manager (Delphine), the mounting bracket for the tv in the Master bedroom was broken and needed to be replaced (my husband and I used that room and never touched the TV which was wall mounted above a large desk.) They could not provide a receipt or work order for this. They also charged me for having to wash the comforter to the bed stating that due to its size, they had to take it offsite to wash it (so they do not typically wash them? Why was I charged for something that should be a standard practice between bookings? Unless it isn’t? Which raises other concerns.) and for having to wash the bath rugs we used out of a trash bag during our stay. I did not receive a response answering the question is washing the comforter and bath rugs not done after each stay from Delphine or Jim/Matt Devos, President and Director of Operations of Best Beach Getaways. I also never received the receipt for that service. They also charged me for a "pool band" they said was missing. Again, never provided any additional information or receipt that was requested and the charge was more than 4X the price of a pool noodle if that’s what they were referring to (which we didn’t have and never used). We have booked numerous properties through VRBO over the years and have never had any issues whatsoever with a booking. As a business owner myself, I can not imagine not providing legal receipts and proof from charges to a consumer, especially an amount that large with no explanation. I am truly at a loss as to the "business" ethics of this property manager, Jim, and Matt. Best Beach Getaways will not be our choice for annual vacations in years to come.

Overall the stay was ok. Could have been a little cleaner. The master bathtub did not hold water and a couple of the ceiling fans did not work. Master bed squeaks and makes noise anytime you barely move when sleeping. Otherwise met our family’s needs while staying there. Was annoying to have security hovering at the pool checking everyone’s armbands once an hour.

Unit 1404 was a great choice for a 4-day family and friends get together. As soon as you enter the unit, you're greeted by a lovely, updated beachy vibe with all the ammenitites you need for a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of seven, with enough room and privacy for everyone. We spent our mornings enjoying the view from the 14th floor balcony while we sipped our coffee and made plans for the day. The view is spectacular! Because the unit is stocked with beach towels, chairs, and (I believe) a beach umbrella, enjoying your time on the beach was easy. Even in paradise, nothing is perfect and there were a few areas for improvement. The worst was the floors- they need to be scrubbed and thouroughly rinsed so they don't attract buildup! There was no sand or grit, but the floors left the bottoms of bare feet absolutely black! After the initial discovery that everybody's feet were getting dirty, I refused to go barefoot! Other than that, there's a light fixture out in the master bath, the water closet toilet needs a new float and seal, and the full over full bunkbed needs reinforcing. Word to the wise: Be sure to be on the lookout for your check-in information from the management agency before your anticipated check-in! I had constantly been watching for check-in information, thinking that maybe they'd send me a key code just in time for check-in, but they didn't! When I FINALLY got someone on the phone, they swore up and down they had sent me the information two weeks prior. They hadn't. After the phone call, a text arrived with the necessary code and we were able to check-in without any further delays and begin enjoying our time at the beach!

Perfect relaxing location for vacation. Grocery stores a mile away. The only problems we had during our stay was the air stopped working. They fixed it in less than two hrs. The bunk bed needed some screws tightened so it was wiggly. Other than that it's great. Will return!

One elevator is messed up abs doesn’t work half the time. The drain in the garden tub was broken. The over head light in the queen room doesn’t work. Kids were openly peeing in the middle hot tub at the pools. Tile floor in condo had old food stuck to the floor in the grouting. Could few sand on the floors like it wasn’t cleaned when we first got there. Unable to reach out to the property manager on the VRBO site and have to call a 1-800 number and hope someone answers. Heating and cooling was sitting on a timer so we froze the entire time cause you can’t alter the thermostat. Loud noises coming from 15th floor all night unable to sleep. Overall was not worth the money to rent. Have stayed at nicer places that are not considered a “resort” for way less like the Regency right next door. Will never start here again.

This condo was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is there aren't a lot of towels so we had to wash them often but everything else was perfect. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach!

I think the cleaning lady missed several items on her check list of to do's, but overall the unit was good! Great location, stylish unit, and well furnished! Property Manager and staff were polite and prompt in returning my call!

Superior unit. Had to evacuate due to hurricane Ida. Love the unit had everything for a wonderful stay. Thanks for allowing the use of your home.
