Host was super nice and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. Very nice amenities and cleanliness was superb. Highly recommend.

Our large family group had a wonderful long weekend vacation at this beautiful lake property. The young people loved the kayaks & paddle board, playing pool & making smores at the fire pit. The older generation particularly enjoyed relaxing on the porches and living spaces surrounded by windows with stunning views of the lake. Katie is very kind & considerate, checking in to see if you have everything you need.

This lake house was a dream! We had a wonderful stay and the host was the best! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lake house with plenty of space for several families that ranged from 1 year old to 82 years old. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. (Could use some scissors), grills to use for outdoor cooking. Only recommendation would be if you could trim some of the underbrush so older folks that can’t get down to the water, have a little better view of the boat slip area. But we had a Wonderful weekend with family!

What a beautiful home on Smith Lake that we enjoyed with two couple friends and their children . Listing accurately describes home which was superbly clean upon arrival. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Katie was great to work with an very prompt at addressing any questions or concerns. Our group would definitely rent this house again!

I highly recommend this house. The house is absolutely beautiful and large enough for a big family. The location is perfect and on a great part of the lake. We had plenty of room where we could have our own space. We are ready to book again for next year.

My family was at Smith Lake for a wedding and I was looking for a house on the lake that would be enjoyable for my family. We weren’t disappointed. The house was great with plenty of room for 10 adults and 4 small children. Pool table, fire pit, easy access to the dock on the water with kayaks and close vicinity to the wedding venue made this property an excellent choice. Katie, the host, was very accessible. Great time had by all.

Very clean, great floor plan with lots of natural light and lots of space, top of the line kitchen with everything you need, comfy beds and wonderful location!

When we arrived, we found one of the chairs in the living area was broken and the toilet upstairs. I sent a message to the owners to let her know and she never replied to me. There was so much old trash at the end of the driveway that there were vultures flying around outside. My husband and son tried to shoo them away but they came right back. My teenage granddaughters were afraid to stay downstairs because of the mice! Apparently they were aware that they were there because they had a trap out! Not what you expect for the price we paid.

This was our first trip to Smith Lake and it was everything and more than we expected! The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of is comfortably. I highly recommend this home if your looking for a beautiful and relaxing trip.

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren(17 in all) for a week of fun and relaxation. The house is beautiful with plenty of spread out room! We loved the dock! We rented a pontoon, but we spent most of the time swimming and chillin’ off the dock!! A couple issues with things working in house and there are lots of stairs to dock!! But they did not keep us from having a great time!!

Great location, amazing house and fantastic sunsets. We rent on smith lake often, and this house was definitely our favorite so far! Looking forward to the next visit already!

This home is wonderful for a large family vacation. Lots of space, beautiful views, comfortable beds and furnishings. The dock is wonderful for swimming and floating, the kayaks and paddle boards provided great entertainment. The water is beautiful and the location is excellent. We searched lakes and homes for months and could not have chosen any better. It is exactly as it looks. Katie was so helpful with information on the area. We will be back!! Cheryl & Family

We loved our stay at Lakeside Villa! The house is beautiful with a great floor plan! The bedrooms were spacious. We would have liked to have a TV in all bedrooms(it rain 1 1/2 days of our stay,, however the only bedrooms with tv’s are the 2 on main level. The cleanliness was ok, cabinets in kitchen need wiped down as food was dried to it in several areas and the floors needed a good cleaning, I have ocd. Overall the house was wonderful!! Plenty of seating to relax and plenty of seating for family dinners, the kids were entertained with media room and pool table downstairs. The only other downfall for house is there are no stairs from upstairs screened deck to downstairs outside, you must come inside to go downstairs to exit to lake. The lake is beautiful and the stairs are not terrible, Just a couple short rises to get to and from walkway to water. The kids loved fishing as well as adults. The owners had plenty of toys for the water. We were nervous about the stairs to water being my parents are in mid 70’s and mother has back issues, however they were not bad at all, meaning not a lot. The outdoors has a nice fire pit with plenary of seeing in view of the lake! Also a small back porch with seating. The ice maker does work however it is quite nasty and needs cleaning. There is a dollar store about 10 min from property. We will definitely book this property again and recommend others looking to book too! You won’t be disappointed!!

We needed a spot for a larger family gathering and it was beautiful and spacious. We ended up having additional family and their adult kids join the fun the following day and there was plenty of room for us all. The host was accessible and communicative as well. I hope we book this location again next summer!!!

Everything from start to finish was delightful! Beautifully decorated home and so cozy! Our family enjoyed time together and also plenty of space to spread out! Loved it!!

You will not be disappointed in renting this lovely home from the location, the dock, the lake fun to the sheets, furnishings and comfort of the home. Nothing was missing from our stay except more time! We will be back indeed.

We enjoyed our stay. View was excellent. The house was well equipped with entertainment for all ages. As it’s located in a remote area, we had all what we needed inside and outside on the deck for a wonderful vacation experience. The kids had a great time kayaking. The only thing we missed was to have mirror in the rooms besides the ones in bathrooms.

We had an amazing time at the Villa. The communication and helpfulness of the host was fantastic.

we celebrated my BIG 5-0 with my best friends and family. this home is beautiful, spacious, inviting and very comfortable! we ended both days by the fire pit with great stories and laughter. everyone slept well in the comfortable beds and enjoyed our first cup of coffee with spectacular views of the lake. we will be back!! thanks for sharing your gorgeous home!!

Our stay in this property was incredible. Beautiful, clean house and a very kind owner. The best!!

We came for my 40th birthday and brought 3 couple friends. The house had amazing pictures but when we got there the pictures did not do it any justice! The house was amazing and clean. Easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The property manager was kind and had an amazing response times. We are looking forward to coming back here with our kids and enjoy some time on the lake!

I can't express how therapeutic our stay was. We are going through a tough time as a family and this space helped us to find solitude while supporting one another during our time of need. The owner was very responsive, thoughtful, and beyond helpful. We will definitely visit again.

I wanted to do something special for my wife’s 50th birthday so I rented the house for a long weekend with family and friends. This was the best weekend we’ve had in years and wife said best birthday ever. House was beautiful, well stocked, super clean. The communication was perfect. We rented a pontoon and jet ski from recommendation of owner. Perfect weekend!

Beautiful house! Everything was just as pictured- house had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill! Owner was easy to reach when we had a few questions and very accommodating! Can’t wait to book again!!
