Overall our stay was nice. Perfect weather and it was nice that our room came with 2 chairs and an umbrella. However, the condo itself needs a lot of work. When we checked in we were told we had to have arm bands to enter the pool area. We met several people that weren’t staying at the Splash that were just able to walk in the gates to enjoy the pools which is frustrating since we paid the money to stay there. Our washer had mold in it but didn’t say anything, I just didn’t use it. But we all had a great time on the beach.

First off, the room was beautiful. Well decorated and made you feel at home. The view from the balcony was breath taking as well as the sunsets from the balcony. The pools and small lazy river is where we spent quite a bit of time. The short walk to the beach was awesome. The “water park” was definitely underwhelming. Pictures might hype it up too much, a splash pad with two small slides is essentially what it is. There is a ping pong table, but it is located at the parking garage, with no AC and no paddles or balls to play. The bathroom in the lobby closer to the garage elevators was terrible. How you can have a resort and a single bathroom look like that is crazy to me. Paying 3k for a resort and all the headaches that came with it aren’t worth it in my opinion. Despite how beautiful the room was, we will not be going back to Splash Resort. The resort is located on the West end of Panama City. Any time you wanted to eat the restaurants and piers, and attractions are on the east side. The traffic was TERRIBLE. 6-12 miles from the resort was the furthest things away, and you are looking at 45 mins to and hour and some change of just sitting there. Now pile that on top of waiting for an elevator for 15-20 mins of not longer at some times. Ruined the entire experience. How you can have two tiny elevators for such a huge resort is nuts. A couple small things with the room, the pull out couch has a nasty looking stain on it, it’s through and through. So there’s a bed cover on it but it’s too late for the cover up. Also, the second bedrooms bed is sunken in the middle. So kind of a bummer. Beautiful and clean room, but def some things could be fixed or improved.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The room was perfect for all 7 of us and had plenty of space. The resort itself was amazing and if you want somewhere that you don’t have to leave this is definitely the place. Would definitely book it again!

Communicating with Emerald Beach was easy. I was able to simply text if I had a quick question. The condo was clean & exactly as displayed online. Appliances were new & I love that it included a W&D. Checkin & checkout was easy. The only negative, is I wish the gym were better, but that is a reflection of the Splash HOA, not the rental company. Would rent from them again.

Very convenient location away from major traffic. Easy to get in and out of, and parking just across the street. Room was very clean and just as described. They even had a closet full of beach toys. Master bedroom and bath plenty big enough and the four kids had room in their room that had a full and set of bunk beds. Love having a washer/dryer so I don’t take dirty clothes back home. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to PBC for our grandsons World Series baseball. 3 adults and 2 children fit just right in this lovely condo. We were asked to report anything that was not working properly so I messaged about an item saying we didn’t even need it repaired but just wanted them to know. They had someone out that afternoon to make the repair. Super responsive and nice. The layout of the unit is great separating bedroom/bathrooms. We view from the living area and master bedroom was the highlight of our stay! Whether from inside or sitting on the balcony. Only negative is how very small the second bedroom was. It is not a deal breaker by any means but don't plan to have any room to move around. The kitchen was fully equipped which was so nice. There are lots of beach toys and personal water boards. Just FYI , you will need to bring your own beach towels, maybe an extra roll of paper towels and toilet tissue and cleaning wipes for the counters and table. There was a lot of mention about the elevators being so slow. Just allow a little extra time during peak times but otherwise it wasn’t too bad. We would absolutely book this condo again. It was great!!

Very nice & roomy for 2 adults & 4 kids. Had everything we needed for cooking. Beautiful view from balcony. Alvin's Island right across the street. Thomas’s Donuts in cafe on site for breakfast. Heated pool was wonderful for kids.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was decorated so cute and fit our family perfect. The view was amazing and we really appreciated the easy check in/out process. With all the amenities and Alvin’s shop attached, we never felt like we had to leave. We will for sure come back for another visit!

The room itself was nice and clean but we had smoke detectors chirping for 2 nights until maintenance come to fix them. Also Splash is not as great as it could be. The pools water was ice cold and my grandkids not ourselves couldn’t hardly get in the water. It was also so slippery that my granddaughter fell quite a few times around the pool. Also the bucket has so much water coming out of it that it knocked down some little ones. The access to the beach and the chair rentals was great but the elevators took forever since there are only 2 running per building. We still had a nice time and we’re able to make some great memories with the family.

The property was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 1 am to a broken automatic door, and received an incorrect key box code. I called and received a correct code quickly....sorry about waking the person 😊. Just know that this property has super slow elevators, so if you're impatient, you may wanna book first floor!

This property was amazing. It was spacious and nicely decorated and made you feel at home. If I need to be honest on the cleanliness here goes…the master bathroom was a little disappointing because of the shower/Tub. There was mildew all around the knobs and water spout and the shower curtain as well. I had to go and buy Clorox spray and a new shower curtain. My husband told me to leave the old shower curtain so the cleaning crew could see the amount of mildew that was on the curtain. The new curtain was left because again no one should have to go out and clean before they unpack for a nice vacation. Once that was sprayed down the mildew was gone. Again our stay was so much fun and want to stay there again, but the cleaning crew should take extra precautions in cleaning the condo. Thank you again for such an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again soon.

We loved this Condo, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The major bonus for us with 3 young Grandsons was the beach chairs being offered with the room!! Less to carry with having beach toys and more to carry already. The pools and splash areas were all well taken care of and Security with the bar pool area kept everyone in check. Excellent place for children!

Perfect beach front getaway!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the splash resort first time at this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking a meal. My kids loved that there was a blender to make smoothies. The first night we arrived we couldn’t find sheets for the pull out couch but a quick text to the owners and they were delivered promptly. The bedroom closet was stocked full of boogie boards and sand toys. Also a pack and play for little ones. We love all the amenities that splash offers and this condo did not disappoint. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Great family place
Owners and/or management company were great, excellent communication. The elevators are SLOW and HOT, never understood why they don't have more sets in these big high risers. Not enough lighting in the evening....pool, walkways, grill area are very dark and not safe when you have children or toting ice chests, etc. You have to wait in line for beach chairs which aren't set up until 8am and then even if in front row you still have people who come set up in front of you with large umbrellas, chairs, etc. This should not be allowed. Also the chairs are picked up at 5pm, too early in my opinion. We went for a baseball world series and there are not many areas for groups to gather. Overall a fun place.

Very nice condo, premises could use a refresh
Condo is beautiful and everything we needed was already there! Wow! Very nice view, nice furnishings, comfy beds and pillows, cold AC. With 4 people the hot water didn't last past the 2nd person, but that was the only issue.
I fixed a hinge and 2 doorknobs while I was there. No big deal.
The property had no security or staff present during the night. The pools are clean, but people donleave their trash strewn about. Someone to stay on top of that would be great. Food was OK in a pinch, but better to go elsewhere.
There is public access to the beach between the two buildings.
Overall, we had a good time visiting my son at college.

Felt Like Home
Probably the best condo rental our family has experienced.
The resort itself kept both kids (3yr and 13yr) happy. There was an elevator broken one day for a couple hours but the staff went above and beyond riding up and down to help navigate everyone to keep traffic flowing.
The unit itself is what did it for us! So many personal touches and conveniences really made it feel like home. Simple things like hand soaps, extra trash bags, every kitchen tool you might need, paper towels, dish detergent and beach toys. We generally have to pick most of these things up. The decor is beautifully detailed as well. It feels like someones home, not a rental. Thanks so much for a wonderful week of family memories made.

Great condo with beautiful view
We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The condo was clean and well decorated, making us feel right at home. The primary bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, a must-have for my spouse and me :) The view of the water was mesmerizing as we spotted dolphins joyfully bounding into the surf, creating memories that will last a lifetime! Thanks for a great stay and we highly recommend your place!

Overall Good
I’ll start by saying this condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. I was a little surprised at how dirty the pullout bed was. I understand pullouts can sometimes be overlooked by cleaning staff, but I do not think this pullout should be included as a bed on the listing. The sheets on the remaining beds felt a little sandy, but the beds were comfortable. The balcony is spacious with a beautiful view, just missing comfortable seating. Check-in was easy, but expect to walk a lot. The parking garage is across the street and that is where all loading and unloading takes place. Elevators get backed up around check in/out time. Beach service was great, but if you want a chair you have to reserve when it opens. The resort and beach were crowded, but we expected that. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Splash.

We had a great time staying in this condo for about a week. It seemed like the property had been recently updated and was very nice. We had 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-7) and had plenty of options for sleeping. All of the TV's allowed for everyone to spread out and pick what they wanted at night if desired. The washer/dryer worked great. The unit even had a decent collection of beach stuff (sand toys, boogie boards, chair...etc) which was very nice so we did not have to buy all of that stuff just for one week. It also contained a pack-and-play that we used as a crib for our littlest one. If we go back to PCB we will look into renting this same unit again!

Great condo at a great resort
Let me start off by saying this place was absolutely wonderful!!! I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First off, the condo was sooooo clean. You can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. It was beautifully decorated and very modern. We had everything we needed including dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper and a hair dryer. The communication with the management was very easy and pleasant. Christina was great and always responded fairly quickly.
The Splash resort was very nice. There were multiple pools and kiddie areas. The toddler area was small but my son loved it. The water was warm and he had a blast. The older kid area was also nice but only from a distance as the water was freezing. The lazy river didn’t really move much so it was just ok. The Riptide bar and grill was very convenient and the food and drinks were very good.
The resort location was incredible. We were within driving distance to all the attractions. We will definitely be back and hopefully this condo will be available. We were joined by another family who stayed in a different condo and their experience wasn’t as great as ours. They were shocked by all the amenities we has because they had none.
Other reviews mentioned problems with slow elevators so I wasn’t looking forward to that but actually we had no problems. They seemed pretty fast m, or atleast normal, to me.
We’ve been raving about this place to all our family and friends. Thanks for a great and pleasant stay.

The condo is perfect! The view is perfect! The condo had everything that my family need for a weeks stay. The only thing that I would recommend would be some board games or card games for when the weather is bad. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely recommend to everyone.
