3 couples mostly all high school friends on this long weekend stay. The weather was terrible but we were able to get in the water for a little. It was gray and gloomy for the most part. Thankfully, we rented this great condo with a huge balcony we could sit on and hang out like the old days. This condo was super clean. It was very comfortable in the living room and every bed. Even when we stayed in to watch the Tennessee Vols football game we had plenty of room. Great kitchen that we mostly used to cook breakfast. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this condo. This is also the second vacation I have rented this particular condo.

Amazing and sparkling clean condo with gorgeous views, balcony with seating for our family of 8, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen! The master shower was remarkable-only wish I had one like that at home. Kind and quick communication with owner who answered a few questions upon arrival! She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was great in garage and the extra items in condo were so useful: chairs, beach canopy, cart, and boogie boards! Been to PCB condos before, and this one surpasses them all!!

The best and cleanest condo that my family have ever stayed in for a beach vacation. Everything that you need was readily available and supplied by the owners. The condo was spacious with beautiful scenic ocean-front views. The owners were great hosts. We would love to have the opportunity to stay in this unit again in the future.

We had a great stay! Jennifer was very kind and upfront letting me know all that was in the condo that we could use that saved us from bringing things that were already there. Our grandkids loved the bunk room! The deck and view from there are amazing. We watched the sunset several nights. Thanks for a wonderful week with our kids and grands! It was just as everyone said it would be! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Plenty of space for 6 adults & 2 children. One of our biggest worries was that the bunk room wouldn’t be quiet enough for the 6 & 9 year-olds to sleep, but it was PERFECT! If you have someone who might end up sleeping in the living room, though, make sure they have a sleep mask since there are no curtains in the living room. Jim & Jennifer provided a tent, a couple of chairs and beach toys which was a wonderful perk. We brought extra bag chairs just in case there wasn’t enough balcony seating, but didn’t need them, except on the beach. From the balcony, we could watch stingray swim back and forth along the beach every morning, AND, we had a manatee swim within 2 feet of us!!! A first for me (@66). Great stay!!!!

This room was phenomenal to stay in for a week with my family! We had the best time vacationing in Panama City Beach, and having this spacious property to stay in was the cherry on top! Every detail of this room exceeded our expectations- especially the balcony view!! You can see the most beautiful sunset each evening of your stay. The owner, Jennifer, is wonderful with responding to any questions you have and will help with anything you need! We’re already looking forward to next year’s trip!

This condo development is right on the Panama City Beach. Condo was well-stocked with airfryer, waffemaker, paper towels, trash bags and handsoap along with laundry pods and dishwasher pods. Had a small issue during stay with garbage disposal that owner took care of extremely promptly (that ended up being a problem that I created). I'd highly recommend this condo for a large family or 2 smaller families. We had two families of 4 and never felt crammed.

I was a little worried at the fact this listing had all 5 star ratings. HOWEVER, The owner and condo deserve more than 5 stars if i could give more than 5. It was everything we wanted and then some. The condo was beautiful and was more stocked than we could have imagined. Pretty much anything we could think of and forgot, she had. The owner was amazing as well. Immediate communication and even made sure to check in and see how our trip was going. We didnt want to leave. 10 stars!!

Wonerful condo,great size for groups. Had everything needed for stay. Also beach supplies was great plus. Listed for 4 bedrooms but actually is a three bedroom with bunkroom. Bunkroom is small with no closet.

Everything about this condo is perfect. Checkin and check out was a breeze. Great view for sunsets. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Super close to elevator to take you to the pool, beach, or street. Also plenty of kitchenware for dining in. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We were impressed with all the little things the owner had in the unit for all ages from a pack n play with sheets to all kinds of beach items for our use. We had a toddler with parents, uncle and grandparents. A room for everyone and each family unit had their own bathroom. The unexpected items like a booster seat, child's beach chair were items we needed, and didn't expect to have them in the unit, so we brought our own.

We had a terrific time at this beautiful condo. The owners clearly take pride in their unit, as everything was clean and as advertised. The views are simply amazing, and being at a corner unit only made them better. There was no noise or anything in the hallway as we were at the end of it, and it felt very private. The beds were super comfortable. And even on the couple days that were kind of chilly in early March, the indoor pool made it great for the kids. My two girls and I said we would love to go back. Well done, and thank you!

Perfect beach getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped, well furnished, and extremely clean. It was nice to step into a unit that was really clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular from the 14th floor as well. I was nervous about staying in such a large property, but there was more than enough space for everyone on the beach and in the pools making for a fun and relaxing beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. We loved all of the rooms, the decorations and the perfect fourth of july location to watch fireworks. It was fully stocked kitchen with all appliances needed. We loved the tent, beach chairs, scooters, so much fun! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Exactly as described in the listing. Loved the condo. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and in good shape, we had everything we needed for cooking in. Beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Beautiful views. Very friendly staff throughout the complex. Only bad thing is the check in process, everyone checks in at 4, had to wait for luggage carts and elevators.

The condo was amazing. So much stuff for cooking and for the beach. Everything was fantastic. The balcony was huge and fit all 8 of us and still had to for more. Would go back without a second thought. And the place was super clean

I felt the quality of furnishings were very nice. Owners went out of their way to make themselves available for any questions we had. Every kitchen cookware we needed were supplied. They had additional beach items that they shared with us. If you have young adults or children, there were games for our use

As Good As It Gets
This is one of the better condos on front beach road. Two heated indoor pools, three jacuzzis, and 4 outdoor pools including a kiddie pool. All rooms overlook the gulf and have an excellent unobstructed view of the sunset. Poolside restaurant/bar, and shaved ice for the kiddos. If for some strange reason you get tired of looking at the gulf, there's a breathtaking view of the city from the front of the building overlooking Front Beach Road, (assuming you're on one of the higher floors.) We were on the 14th floor, a three bedroom three bath with bunk beds. The home was very clean and you can see your reflection in the high gloss tile floors. Kitchen equipped with dishes pots pans and utensils, as well as a washer and dryer for those extended stays. Just bring your toothbrush.

Perfect place to stay! The huge balcony was a must for us and it didn't disappoint us! Loved everything! Kitchen stocked with all cooking needs, plenty of bath towels, even beach chairs and umbrella! Comfortable living room furniture was a first for me!

When we arrived the condo was clean and as described. Nice appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. This condo has everything you will need for a perfect beach vacation. Lots of beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. The balcony was large and the views are amazing. The floor to ceiling windows allow for great views inside as well. Great beach and pool access with fast elevators close by.
The condo slept the 8 of us very comfortably. With plenty of seating inside and out.
When we come back to Panama this is where we will stay again.

Great family stay on the beach
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property on the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, and just as described/pictured. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. The host (Jennifer) was very responsive, helpful and pleasant. My family would definitely stay in this rental in the future!

This was my first time booking a trip using VRBO, the property was gorgeous 😍, the host(Mrs. Jennifer) was amazing. Very prompt with responding and seemed just as excited to have me and my family celebrate my birthday weekend there as we were!! It was my first trip to Panama City Beach and I may be a little biased in saying this.....but this property is the best one on the beach 🙂. Gorgeous view to wake up to, very close to many activities and attractions. We enjoyed every place that we dined. Pompano Joe's, pineapple Willy's and Dat Cajun Place did not disappoint! Thank you again for a wonderful birthday weekend. I'm definitely looking forward to booking with you again, if you'll have us ❤️

Wind and Shells
The weather was nice but windy but that Wind didn't stop us. The resort could do better at marking their parking deck. We missed the entrance a couple of times. The condo is beautiful with only one funny complaint from me. I have short legs and couldn't get up on the very high bed. We went and bought a small stool to accommodate me. We liked being at the end of the floor. It was a long walk from the parking deck to the room but only a short walk to the elevator to the pool and beach. NOW, as far as the host....these people are the best we've ever rented from and we rent a couple times a year. You were always quick to answer. Our favorite eats is the fish tacos at Hook'd. Thanks for a great trip.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again!
This is a gorgeous condo with enormous floor to ceiling windows allowing for beautiful beach and sunrise/sunset views! I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with these beautiful views as a backdrop, and chatting with family as they sat at the dining table or in the living room. The balcony is very spacious. We enjoyed several meals and lounged there often. The condo itself is well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Additionally, the owners responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns, and were very helpful and hospitable. This is a beautiful home away from home, It was a joy to stay here, and I would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice time staying here for about 6 days with our family. They have a full service kitchen with dining sets, cooking pans and utensils, stainless steel appliances and also a washer and dryer in the unit. The ocean side view is spectacular to view sunsets and scenery facing the west outside the main bedroom suite and balcony equipped with an outdoor table lounge chairs and cushions for comfortable relaxation!

Great Location and Owners
The location is very convenient to everything PCB. Nice to have the indoor heated pool for the Fall weather (grandkids really enjoyed). The condo itself is as described, and the pictures are accurate. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. And very importantly, Jennifer is a great communicator, before, during, and after our stay. Highly rated and recommended. Love the sunsets from the expansive deck!

Great Corner Unit!!!!
This is the best condo rental I have ever had in PCB!!!! Totally enough room for 10 to sleep and with 3 bathrooms everyone should be covered for showers as well! The views are awesome weather it's from the front balcony, the separate private balcony or just from the windows; you won't be disappointed! Plenty of dining space in the kitchen and the balcony. The Majestic is also a great place to stay as they have a outside pool and an inside pool with two hot tubs (one is hidden lol)! Also great and prompt communication with Jennifer when we had questions and concerns. This condo will definitely be on my list to rent again when we go back to PCB!
