Our three-generation family stayed at this wonderful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. The location just a block from Bowen's Wharf made it perfect for meeting family and friends for dinner, taking a bridesmaids' sail and having friends stop in to say hello. The floorplan is unusual and simply could not have been better for us. Each of the five bedrooms has an ensuite bath plus there is a half bath on each floor for guests. There are full kitchens on both the first and second floors and the third floor has a wet bar. Our group used the first floor kitchen for making family meals, the second floor kitchen for serving brunch to the bridesmaids on the day of the wedding, and the wet bar on the third floor to keep drinks to grab to have on the rooftop deck. There is also a living area and dining table on each of the three floors. The rooftop deck faces the water and we had a perfect place to watch fireworks with the kids or hang out after they were in bed. And being right across the street from beautiful Trinity Church was just the icing on the cake for a wedding weekend! Just can't say enough about this home - it really made our wedding weekend so much more manageable and enjoyable. Everyone kept asking me how we found a home with so much space and amenities in the heart of Newport! Thank you to the hosts for sharing this lovely spot!

Four friends went on a "girl's" getaway and thoroughly enjoyed this home. We each had our own comfortable bedroom and private bath. The rooftop was fantastic.

This house was beyond all we expected. It had 2 full kitchens and the decor was much prettier than even in the pictures. So tasteful and updated in all 5 bedrooms. The upstairs sitting area with the roof deck was beautiful !! The location could not have been better. We were walking to the house for the first time from the Harbour where all the restaurants were and when I put it in maps for directions it was 900ft!! Amazing, would 100% recommend!!

This VRBO exceeded all of our expectations! The house was beautiful with every amenity available and a few minutes from the main drag! Sean was very accommodating and provided a beautiful welcome basket with snacks, water, and coffee! We loved our stay and will hopefully return in the future :)

This property is fantastic! The actual property is more impressive in person. It was very conveniently located in the heart of Newport. We loved being able to cook in the two well stocked kitchens. There is space for everyone to have quiet time when needed. Comfy beds and en suite bathrooms a huge plus. We will be back!

This Church Street property is the perfect place to stay in Newport. The entire house was spotlessly clean with plenty of amenities and great attention to detail. The location could not be better, the check-in process is simple, and there is room to park three cars which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

The best house rental I've ever stayed in. I visited Newport with a group of girlfriends and we were all obsessed with the house. It's so clean, brand new and cozy. Also everything you need is in walking distance which was great for a big group of us! Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back!

The pictures and description of this property do not even do it justice; it is incredible. I was utterly impressed by the cleanliness and how stocked the house was. It had everything you need and I was absolutely obsessed. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and so were the pillows. Not to mention the linens and comforters are hotel quality. You can see Thames street from the house. It’s extremely convenient and amazing and easy for you to get anywhere. You really can tell how on top of it the owner is with what people really need when they stay somewhere. Couldn’t say better things, I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You guys outdid yourselves!!!

Phenomenal experience. The house was beyond our expectations. Impeccably clean and every detail was clearly thought out when designing this house. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom and privacy which made it ideal for traveling with other couples. We will definitely be returning for another memorable stay.

This home is perfect for a large family or group is friends-3 living spaces, 5 en suite bedrooms, two kitchens, newly updated with everything you need for a fabulous stay-beds super comfortable, nice linens and kitchens well stocked with supplies. Do note that the church bells next door do ring every hour 24 hours a day-some may find this endearing others not so much-perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants in the charming town of Newport. The pictures do not do this home justice. Hope to visit again

This was a girls weekend getaway and we all simply loved the house. The management was extremely easy to work with and the home was decorated beautifully its location couldn't have been more ideal. We would highly recommend this home!

The house was absolutely perfect. Huge, gorgeous, and perfectly located in town — walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We honestly felt the place was even nicer than it seemed in the listing. So much space, and it was all very clean and comfortable. Communication with Sean was quick and smooth, and check-in was a cinch. Highly recommend this place!

Central location in the heart of Newport with walking access to the entire downtown and waterfront. We used this beautiful property to hold our annual manager's meeting. It was the perfect location and layout to hold our meeting and to share food and beverage. Very impressive!

The house is special with 3 living areas and multiple outdoor areas including a rooftop with water view! Everything is a short walk away and the host is wonderful and was very helpful to my friend who forgot her jewelry. We had 5 couples stay in the house and everyone absolutely was pleased! Fantastic luxury property in the heart of Newport. Nice then any VRBO property you can find. Would recommend to anyone and already have. 3 floors so maybe hard for older guests who don’t do stairs well. 2full kitchens and. Like 100 bathrooms.

Property Owner is the best! We stayed a week and loved every minute. Big enough for everyone to have their own space and close to everything Newport has to offer. We will be back. Its a beautiful house updated with all conveniences.

This is the most fabulous rental house. It was perfect when we got there. Very spacious for large groups. Several living rooms and kitchens and the roof deck was lovely. Would definitely stay here again and Sean was a very responsive host. Highly recommend the trinity house!
