Great location and tons of room for my large family.

We were not disappointed. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Nice clean and very roomy. We hung out together and had plenty of privacy when needed.

Great location, spacious rooms for large groups, we loved the large kitchen table for everyone to eat together and play games. Would absolutely recommend!

The house was great. We are 7 siblings plus spouses and we take a weekend every year. We needed the 7 bedrooms and 6 baths. We had a great time as always when we get together. Thank you

If you are doing Silver Dollar City, you cannot beat this location! Great layout in the house. If a fireplace or outdoor areas are important to you, be sure to check with the owner that they are operational for your stay. One of our favorite things was the two fridges for our big group!

Had a great time. Host's communication was timely. House was spacious and comfortable for 12 of us. Could have easily housed more. Would definately return

Worked well for our reunion! Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and king bed, very close to table rock lake and everything else! FYI, there is a very steep hill to get to this location.

The house is amazing and so much space! Great location to SDC. Kitchen was very well stocked for our party of 15. Memories were made

We had 14 people stay at the house for my parents 50th anniversary. We had teenagers, 5 year olds, an 8 and 9 year old. The bunk beds in the rooms were perfect for them. We loved having the air hockey and foosball tables. There are games in the closet as well. Since this was 4 families, we all loved having our own bedrooms. The living room is pretty small. But there is a 2nd one downstairs. Just no way for a big family to be in there all at the same time. The huge dining table was awesome.

The house is in a wonderful location—close to attractions, but in a quiet development. It was immaculately clean. All communication with the owners was great. Our group of 16 was very comfortable there. We made good use of the pool table. The swimming pool is a short walk from the house and is clean. It wasn’t ever overly crowded, so that was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this house. We had a family reunion with 14 people. The house was large enough to easily accommodate all of us. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs, seating for meals, etc. There were 2 fridges for plenty of cold food space, but no pantry. Some simple shelving near 2nd fridge would be nice The location was just outside of Silver Dollar City and convenient to most activities in Branson. We could get nearly anywhere we wanted with a 20-30 minute drive. Branson is very hilly and there is a VERY steep slope to get to/from the house. Most parking near the house is on an incline. The A/C worked great for the main floor. Upstairs was a bit warm, but those bedrooms had individual A/C units so the kids were comfortable. We couldn't find a thermostat for the bottom floor, which meant that we got the cold air from the main floor so the lowest floor was FRIGID. We'd use a jacket/hoodie on the bottom floor at night & laid towels on the bathroom floor since the tiles were so cold. But there were plenty of blankets in the closets so we were never cold while sleeping Dressers in the bedrooms would be nice The lower back patio was pretty grungy and dirty. Not sure it's been swept or cleaned in a while. The online pics made it look like it was a fully screened patio, but several had tears. The upper patio on main floor was clean & a relaxing place to read or check work emails The owner left us icecream & toppings (very kind), but no scooper

Great location for Silver Dollar City and restaurants and grocery stores. Well furnished, bedrooms were great. Only suggestion is some tender loving care. The house is totally functional but well used. There are some refreshing things that could be done. Game tables need upkeep.

The only draw back was we couldn't get any hot water.

Perfect for a large all age group! The adults loved the separate bathrooms 😁. The kids loved the pool table and game area downstairs. It’s very close to the pool and Silver Dollar City. Just 20 minutes from downtown Branson. So thoughtfully stocked. Everything was clean and nice. The host was very responsive to our questions. Be aware the house is on a steep hill but with the ramp my 83 year old mom had no problem getting in the house. The handicap room on the main floor was great. We’ve stayed in several vacation homes and this is A++.

What a beautiful experience. The house was more beautiful than I imagined. We had plenty of room with 7 families... We will definitely do this again....the owners of the house were easy to reach and responded within seconds to any questions we had....Thank you again!!!!

House was very nice, amenities great, comfortable and we truly enjoyed the house. It not served as lodging for a number of us but also served as a gathering area where we prepared and ate meals, and socialized. Plenty of room. Only downside was lack of adequate parking area-the parking area across the street was steep with loose rocks that made footing slippery. Not easy for older people to negotiate.

Our whole family was able to come together for a week to help celebrate an anniversary, graduation, and birthday. The house was perfect with separate bedrooms for each family and each bedroom had a private bathroom. There was plenty of room for visiting, playing games in the lower level and cooking and eating. The house was close to all the different activities in the Branson area (Silver Dollar City, theaters, Table Rock Lake, and other attractions, as well as the town of West Branson for needed supplies. The Lodge area was being updated so the playground area was under construction. The setting is peaceful and the house was very comfortable.
