I rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend with my adult children and partners. The property was beautiful- large, spacious, well furnished, and with a great view. The property manager was very responsive, and everything went quite smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Lovely property and unit, view is unbeatable. Alex the property manager was super fast to respond and offered assistance in arranging tours, chef. All that we encountered on the property were very personable and helpful, we appreciated them all. We enjoy staying on the north end, close to marina and dive boat, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

We loved our visit to Cozumel and the apartment we still at while we were there only enhanced the trip. The pool water was the perfect temperature, the man made beach was large enough to enjoy, and the pier to get in and out of the sea made it so much easier to snorkel right off the property. The condo itself was bright and clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful (something you don't always see in rental properties). I would highly recommend this property for a vacation and we would rent it again when we return.

The location and condo have fantastic views and the condo is in great condition. Check in process at the condo was difficult due to the language barrier and the staff not really knowing we were checking in. I felt at times that the Grand Peninsula staff really could care less that you were there and I think that needs to be addressed by the property owners. The pool and getting into the water to snorkel was really easy. I will say that the property owner did respond very quickly when I had issues and they will try their best to make things right. Overrall, this is a very good condo and would definitely go back.

I can't say enough about how perfect this condo and building are. The property is beautiful secure and very well maintained, there really is nothing to complain about. This was my 6th visit to Cozumel and the first time I stayed in the North hotel zone. Best snorkeling I have seen in over 15 years and right off the beach area at the condo. Stairs into the water are easy to use and there are tons of fish everywhere. The pool is lovely and there is an option to have food prepared for you right on the beach. The condo was super clean, very very well stocked - both kitchen and linens so everyone had an abundance of whatever we needed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the balconies are large with beautiful views. There are many good restaurants near by, Buccanos and Lobster House are excellent. The best thing I can say is, we can't wait to return!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely 3 bedroom home; we had lots of space and gorgeous views of the ocean from our two balconies. While the property was missing a hot tub, it offered all other important amenities including a gym, grill, large swimming pool, and lounge chairs right on the sand. The washer and drier could use an update to more efficiently do small loads of beach and bath towels during our stay - we noticed that some of the towels in the closets were left damp. There was a slight musty smell from the central AC unit but overall we were able to stay cool and comfortable during a warm week in the mid to upper 80s. The condo is located north of cruise ship ports and so the beach and snorkeling area right in front was quiet and peaceful. We were just a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle of town which made dinners out very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we would book here again!

I have traveled through Europe, USA, and Mexico and this property is one of the best. The pool and access to incredible snorkeling makes it unique. The views and accommodations are incredible.

We arrived to Cancun and were picked up by Playa Transfers (wonderful) we had a big van for 4 of us. Arrived At Playa Del Carmen to take the ferry to CZ. We had a quick bite at Senor Frogs before boarding the Ferry to CZ. The 35 min boat ride was short. The best out Condo was 1 mile from San Miguel for all the restaurants and shopping. Love it! We rented a Jeep via Alex recommendation and it was wonderful. Just watch out do not speed!! Ticket alert! We loved having the Jeep for visiting different beaches and dinners. Our CONDO was FABULOUS! Huge and spacious. Beautiful sunset views from every window and balcony. Super clean! We were traveling with 2 young adults (sons) and they are gym fanatics and like to eat their protein etc in the mornings. 😁 So having the kitchen was helpful. The cleaning ladies came by 2x during our stay. We loved Buccanos for dinner sunsets and food! Azul Madera restaurant is beautiful and excellent food as well. If you like Italian go to Guidos! Have a delicious affogado! Totally 5 STAR Experience at peninsula gran, pool and snorkeling right there was awesome. Staff nice! If you like quiet and tranquil stay this is your place. Stayed here a few times, great facility, secure, safe and amazing Sunset Views. Our Condo was great! Comfy Bed and roomy. Only thing we would have liked was having a TV in the Living Room to enjoy the views while watching a movie. Alex and our Maid were great with everything. Thanks Guys Again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing and the view was Spectacular! We loved snorkeling on the reef on site. We were a party of 6 adults and it accommodated us very nicely with comfort. We would absolutely stay again!

The condo was roomy and well appointed. 4 full bathrooms was great. The cleaning staff were excellent and Alex helped to get us settled. The main balcony could use a table and some lounge chairs. A dishwasher would be a good addition as well.

It was great! Perfect for us girls!! The location was clean and the people were nice! The beds were not the greatest but hopefully they can replace them..

This 3 bedroom unit was very nice. Great views, lots of room for our family of 7. It is quiet in this area, which was great for us.

Stayed in Cozumel 28 years, first time on the north side. We are here for 6 weeks. Condos here have same 3 bedroom layout, each with its own bathroom. Plus another bathroom. Stayed with my husband and had different groups come down to join us on different weeks. Place is great, roomy and good kitchen. View wonderful. Much quieter up north, which was great. Pool, gym, game room great beach huge and snorkeling wonderful. Dove with challenge diver, Eric. The best custom diving group on island love it here, already booked 8 weeks for next year 😀

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect. Condo balcony overlooks the gulf for an incredible view and beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms were very nice - we only used the master, which also had a very nice balcony. Air conditioning worked great. There was snorkeling directly in front which we enjoyed. Pool area was never overly crowded. There is restaurant on site for simple dishes and cold libations. We went into town and enjoyed dinner at a couple of local spots. Jeep rental done through Ernesto's - cheap, functional island beaters. Would definitely come back!!

Me, my husband, daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights. The rental was easy to do online and pay online. When we got there it was easy to get in to the condo. The condo was big and clean and we all had our own room with bathroom. Two balconies overlooking the beautiful carribean waters. The place had a beautiful pool and beach area. Snorkeling was great right in the front of the unit. It was not crowded and at, private and peaceful!

The views were awesome! Location was the best! Spacious and airy! Condo staff helpful, kind and respectful: always with a smile! Other visitors or residences were friendly. Pool was great! Dont forget to swim in the ocean blue! Near all but far enough for privacy and peace. Only downside was informed 2 A/Cs not working 'after' arrival (should have been fixed prior or a discount given). Stocked kitchen plus enough bottles of drinking water. *Best place to eat: Thirsty Cougar! wish we would have found this the first day there. Definitely, take ATV tour at Mr Sanchos. Beware of Airport 'deals' on arrival. Book ahead of time and stick with it. Rent bikes: easier way to travel and cheaper. If we visit Cozumel again, definitely will stay there... There were a few items that needed attention but the staff at the rental company handled them immediately. The staff at the condo is also great. Antonio works in the office and will do anything he can to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We picked this spot because it is one of the only condos on the north end that has a beach. The snorkeling right out front is amazing, the beach is great and the pool area is wonderful. All of the common areas are very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The PG 3A condo is a good property, however a few small improvements would take it from good to great. The condo: lack of drapes made for some privacy issues, as well as morning sunlight made sleeping in impossible. Cushions for the dining room chairs would make for a more comfortable and leisurely dinning experience. As well as felt pads under furniture would eliminate noise and keep from scratching up those beautiful marble floors. Lastly we had a few problems with the tv, manuals on hand would have been helpful but we couldn't find any in the unit. Amenities: we're good when we could use them. One of my biggest complaints were a swim team (8-12) were using the condo facilities for training. Thus limiting the use of the pool and gym. When it wasn't taken up by the swim team, a major condo investor and his large family, not all of them staying at the property, took up the rest. So even having the convience of having a snack bar on site was of not much use. We only used it once for lunch as Darwin was too busy attending to catering to this large families easter and birthday parties . Other than drinks he had no time for much else. Perhaps an assistant during busier times would be benifital. Location: northern location. Taxi rates should be posted outside of building to avoided getting ripped off. 50-60 peso max to get to Mega grocery. In conclusion, based on the above. With some small improvements and modified expectations . One can be comfortable with there choice in the Peninsula Grand.

Curtains in master bedroom did not keep out any light. No table on the balcony. It seemed like all of the accoutrements were of the lowest quality. And on and on and on. I have stayed at the Peninsula many times and this is the worst apartment I have stayed in. I will stay there again next winter. The staff is quite available, the location is perfect for me, the view is lovely, etc. There is a reason I return to the Peninsula Grand every winter, just as there is a reason I would never rent that apartment again.

We were warmly welcomed and assisted in finding our unit. We learned that Peninsula Grand has an in-house personal chef available for preparing meals in the unit or downstairs overlooking the water. Our housekeeping staff kept the unit spotless. Views were excellent from every room. We snorkeled frequently right out front, in addition to scuba diving five 2-dive days out of our ten days. We cooked in a couple of nights, and otherwise enjoyed the great restaurants in town. We had a car, so getting into town was a five-minute drive, and the car was valet parked for us at Peninsula Grand. There was also a well-used bike trail into town. Our only difficulty at the unit was a strong rainstorm one night. We observed water being blown in under the front door (not patio door.) We wedged towels beneath the door before going to sleep, but by morning there was still a mini-flood into the living room. We advised the housekeeping and management staff, so hopefully that has been addressed. Even so, no damage was done, and had a fabulous time.
