Convenient to great dining and shopping in Marathon. Loved the day trip to Key West. Condo was clean and well equipped. Sunrise view from the back deck was breathtaking. Quiet and relaxing location..

Very nice property in the middle keys. Quiet, beautiful location. We stayed in the same units 10 years ago through Hawks Cay Resort. Nearby restaurant and marina.

Very clean.. the pillows are Not confortable. The entrance to one bedroom is blocked by the bed which caused an injury.

Excellent location in Duck Key. Very nice villas in a private setting with nice water views. Lot’s of opportunities to get out onto the water nearby. Many restaurants and lots of food choices all around the Keys. Shrimp and fresh fish are the favorites. Bahai Honda Key and Smathers beach in Key West a must visit.

We were happy to see the home was well equipped In kitchen and extra paper towels and such. Beds were comfy but rooms very small, barely room to move in bedrooms and kitchen. Make sure you read the fine print. There is no access to pool or amenities, the marina recommended was reasonable priced but rudely staffed. We watched employees of Duck Key Marina be rude to us and several other slip renters, even laughing at one man having trouble backing his boat. The staff of Hawks Cay golf carts running up and down the neighborhood at quiet hours didn’t make this peaceful and relaxing. Overall this review and issues are likely beyond the hosts control.

This place was great. Great view from porches. Everything you need was there. Quiet and restful.

The home is clean and comfortable. The location is peaceful and quiet yet convenient to upper and lower Key activities as well as a few on Duck Key.

Bedsteads take up too much room. Bedroom facing water has to be maneuvered around and is in pathway to deck. Tripped twice breaking a toe the second time. Front bedroom's bedstead too big for tiny room not allowing for nightstand nor reading lamp. Also, both baths have elongated toilets with cheat, small round toilet seats. Toilet seats are inexpensive from Walmart, Home Depot or Amazon. Replace them. Overall stay was enjoyable and location was great.

This is an excellent home base to explore the keys, and we've stayed on Duck Key many times over the years. This is probably the 5th townhome we've rented on Duck Key but this time we were coming down to work remotely. While the place is perfectly fine for those who only want a clean place to sleep and a nice view, it was a challenge to work remotely there. Everything is a little worse for wear - lots of stains on the carpets and chair cushions, dings and nicks in the furniture, scuffs on the walls. Simple things like using the thermostat, lights and tv were a challenge because there were no instructions. The living room TV did not work our entire visit. We rented the place specifically because it had two outdoor locations for us to work but the downstairs outdoor power plug did not work. The rooms are small, but the furniture is huge. I have bruises from navigating the dining room table. There was no bedside table for my husband, and if we had been traveling with others, the upstairs would have been claustrophobic. We did have free WIFI as a Duck Key guest, and for the most part it was adequate for our needs. Good thing, because we were not eligible to purchase enhanced streaming. I knew when renting that we were not considered Duck Key resort guests - and that wasn't an issue because we had no plans to swim. What I didn't know is that we were not eligible to purchase enhanced streaming because we didn't have a recognized room number.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. There were several minor things though that need attention. The hand railing to the front door is very loose and the carpets could use a good deep clean. The kitchen really could use a better supply. For example, there was only one wine glass and one shot glass so I almost titled my review” drinking alone.” There are several small things that could be provided to make it easier on guests. Such as, instead of getting rid of all the stuff left behind by other guests, just leave it for others to use. Such as dryer and coffee filters. Leave the coffee there for others to use. These are low cost items that are easy to provide and make guests more comfortable. I would have started the laundry before I left, but since I was only given 3 soap pods, they long gone. Having a I think Vacasa does not do a good job with this as they try to “standardize” their rentals but let’s face it, standardization sucks. Individualality is so much more affective.

The neighborhood was safe, family friendly and at a great location. Our kids met other kids out back and even had some luck fishing. We were in walking distance to Angler & Ale and the marina. About and hour ish from Key West and about 40 min from Islamorada... really a great spot if you want to explore all of the Keys! Absolutely loved the upper and lower lanais. Would definitely stay here again, 100%!!

The townhome was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. The furniture could use a refresh and the kitchen was lacking some necessities. We purchased a few things and left them there. Overall it was a good experience for our family of 4.

Very nice area...peaceful. Beautiful view! The only negative for us was the steps going upstairs was narrow.

This place was like a glorified hotel room. It was clean, had a great view, good location. It was scarce on supplies. A few lightbulbs were burnt out but the box of spares was empty. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. I guess I was expecting it to be more like other “by owner” rentals in terms of supplies. The dishwasher smelled like mildew. We are a family of 6 and there was little to no space for suitcases in the rooms. The bathroom was very small. It is more suited for 4 or maybe even 2 people! But the listing said it sleeps 6 so we went with it and all in all it was nice but I’m not certain I would stay again. It is stated in the listing that the amenities at Hawks Cay are not included but we felt that they should be.

The upstairs screen needs replaced & the bottom step on the front porch needs replaced it gives when you step on it. There was one thin tea towel for the kitchen so we used a hand towel. If owners want positive reviews they need to keep the place maintenance up.

This place was great for two couples. We walked to the Marina to pick up our boat and had a great time on the water. The Hawks Cay restaurant was perfect for dinner. Great water views.

It is a beautiful place

Nice and comfortable townhouse in Duck Keys which I booked for my bday and early anniversary trip. The property’s location is great because it’s practically in the middle of the Keys, close enough to all major attractions and great fishing spots. Also the property is located on a very clean and safe community. It was definitely a very peaceful location to unwind from all the daily stressors. Only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the unit. All A/C vents were very dusty and some had signs of mold. Also lamps were very dusty. The upstairs bathroom had a decorate frame hanging next to the sink which had signs of splatter that seemed was from tooth brushing and/or flossing. Luckily I went prepared with my own disinfecting supplies and disinfected all surface areas prior to bringing my luggage in. Also some of the furniture require a deep cleaning or covers due to many stains. So other than the cleanliness issue, the home was definitely a good place to stay.

It’s a small and efficient condo, but it suited our needs great. The waterfront was nice.

Great place. Great location. In the middle of the keys. Best part was everything was very high end. No mobile homes and campers.

We loved the location but the supplies in the home were VERY minimal. Only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. We made it work but, the dishwasher and trash bags should be increased by at least 1 more left.

If you're looking for a place where the WiFi doesn't work, where the knobs come off the television cabinet, the shower doesn't drain so you stand in dirty water, and the owner is not responsive, this is the place for you. If not, Keep looking.

This was a perfect property to stay at with a great location being centralized on duck key. Only a quick walk to the resort but only paying a fraction of what others pay for the resort. Our friends booked a villa through the resort and we payed 1/3rd of the price for the same exact stay. This is the biggest no brainer for affordable living conditions in duck key. I will be using this same exact villa for any future endeavors.
