Everything about this location is perfect. The owners are great to deal with. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is gourmet and the building is top notch. This is the second time I have been to this condo and I love it here. My grandsons were impressed and didn't want to leave. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your beautiful place with us. Maybe we can come back in a year or so.

We loved our stay so much and the condo is beautiful, one of the nicest we've ever stayed in! The pools and overall location and ease were perfect! We were hoping that Navarre would be less crowded but the condo location near the pier and other condos made the beach very crowded in front of the condo. There are less crowded areas a few miles down that we enjoyed.

Unit was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. The weather was perfect. Everything is beautifully updated in the unit, and it was exactly as pictured on the website. Had a slight hiccup with the AC during our stay , but the owner had someone out as soon as possible to get it fixed. The extra beach chairs and cart to haul items to the beach came in handy. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely rent this condo again!

Out of the 4 condos we rented at The Pearl, this was the nicest one. Professional kitchen. The cook in the family loved this kitchen

This beautiful property with the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was just what we were looking for. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need for your get-away. We are avid cooks and were well pleased with the kitchen amenities. The owner was very responsive to our communications. All in all, one of our better rentals.

My husband and I rented this property in May. The condo was clean and pretty and had nice furnishings. There was a hole in the beautiful couch, though. The chair rental was not as advertised. We thought we would have free chair rental; however, we were told by Juan that the "paying customers" got the chair rentals in the first row and we could have a set in the second row if available. He said we should get there early in the morning before all the chairs were claimed. We got up early to try to get chairs for the first three days we were there (not fun on vacation.) We did not bring our chairs because we thought they were unnecessary. After a conversation with the chair rental owner, we were told that if chairs on the second row were all taken that Juan would put another set out for us (but still on the second row.) Also, the chairs are not the kind that allow a person to lay on their belly to get sun on their backside. I had sent a message to the condo owner asking about the chairs at least a week before our trip but he never responded. We shopped for tri-fold chairs in Navarre but couldn't find any quality-built ones that folded out completely, so we used the chairs in the condo storage closet (two-fold) along with a blanket we had in our truck. We also found a cabana type umbrella in the closet which was broken but my husband fixed it and we used that, too. Overall, it was a great stay except for the chair rental issues.

I happened to find this amazing condo by chance and Gods help. It is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The kitchen is a cooks dream though we opted not to cook. Every thing you need, even a wok! The furnishings were beautiful. Especially loved the huge sectional. The views were outstanding. As for the host she was exceptional. Very easy to contact and she always responded warmly and in a timely matter. Truly she is a gem. I will be going back there but it certainly can't be soon enough.

Excellent accommodations in a great location. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys, comfy beds, ice maker, good communication from the host, the short walk to the pier and coffee shop, and of course the pristine beach.

A great week at The Pearl, this is our third year in a row and our first at 403. All I can say is “Wow”! The owner of this unit thought of everything you could possibly need for a great stay! This unit is updated to the max. All beds are comfortable and the linens fresh and the rain head showers are so refreshing. The 2 chairs on the beach where great! See Juan and he will take care of you. Make sure to tip him also. The Pearl is well kept also with great pools a hot tub and grills. It’s gated and safe. We like to walk down to Juana Pagodas for beach volleyball and food and fun. We love Navarre and the Pearl and 403 is awesome.

My son, two 8- year old grandkids and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The view (arms sound of the water) from the balcony was amazing.

The unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! It was exceptionally clean and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, beds were super comfy and the location was very convenient to Publix and Walmart for our shopping needs. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will definitely stay again!

I have rented beach condos before and this unit is by far the best ever! Condo was beautiful and clean. Beach was so clear and beautiful also. The owner of unit put a lot of thought and almost everything you could want was already there for our use. Thank you and I would 100% consider it again if coming back to Navarre Beach area.

The condo is just as nice as pics! Kitchen is amazing! Perfect location right on the beach with great views of the ocean/beach/pools.

Property was exactly as listed. Very roomy, clean and updated. Literally had everything you needed. So much storage space, closets in bedrooms were spacious, plenty of towels, but could have used more than the one garbage bag provided but I always bring some from home. The ice machine was perfect for our cooler. I think everyone checks in on Saturdays at the same time. There was a very long line to get on an elevator and no carts available for groceries or luggage but we managed. After check in day, we never had a problem with getting an elevator quickly. Pool was clean, beach was so close and great. It truly was an amazing place that we absolutely loved and definitely want to visit again.

This property was amazing. Everything was updated and week maintained. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that you may need. It was nice to have the chairs included for the beach. We flew in for spring break and so we did not pack like we normally would for the beach. This condo had everything that we needed. I loved this place and would definitely stay again. While we were there- I looked ahead to next year to our spring break but it was already booked. This is definitely a 5 start property.

My family and I have been traveling to Navarre Beach since 1999 and have stayed in a variety of condos, but this one is probably my very favorite! We love "The Pearl" condos in general, and this particular unit was exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully updated (definitely my dream kitchen), and a delight to stay in all week. Even the mattresses were incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here!!

Whole process was easy… check in to check out. We encountered no problems. Pictures were very accurate and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Never contacted owners because unit was so well appointed and thought through. Beach was beautiful and property was accommodating and clean. Wonderful stay for us!!!!!

We enjoyed this lovely condo for the week. It’s on the beach, very clean, beautifully decorated and looked exactly as advertised on the vrbo website. The only surprise we had was the great location, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable beds that made our stay seem like a home away from home. 😊 There is a big refrigerator and plenty of closet/storage space for your clothes and gear. The condo property was gated for safety, clean, freshly painted and the pools were well maintained. The balcony is very comfortable for relaxing or eating a meal. Wonderful and easy beach access. We would most certainly stay here again.

The property is clean, updated, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our Spring Break at The Pearl in 403! The quality of the condo along with the closeness to the beach really makes for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is accurately described and looks exactly like the photos. Everything in the condo is top of the line and clean. The owner sends out info the week prior with everything you need to know for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the master with sliding patio doors with ocean view was perfect. The views are breath taking! Close to the pier- but not to close. We ordered Walmart grocery delivery out first night and it went smoothly. The owner provides a beach set up of 2 chairs and an umbrella. We spoke with Juan and he was so nice- he set up chairs for us daily- don’t forget to tip him! My only suggestion would be to offer beach towels in the condo- it is difficult for people to bring their own towels if they are flying…. as they take up a lot of room. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here over and over!

Love everything about this property. No surprises, just as described and more. The condo is maintained very well, easy access and the beach is so secluded and private. Would definitely be back.

This condo is exactly as pictured. Almost everything has been updated and considered. We took our two teen kids for spring break and they felt like home. It was nice they had a broom to clean up the daily sand, nice washer and dryer to clean beach towels, comfortable beds, nice furniture on the deck to take in the ocean views, beach chairs with a wonderful canopy for the beach, the ice machine, comfortable furnishings inside for rainy days. It was all wonderful. We received good communication prior to our arrival but the one one message after arrival went unanswered. Everything we needed was there other than a spatula. We ate almost all of our meals in the condo. There are a couple restaurants near by, but appeared busy due to spring break. The car line to exist the area over the bridge was a half hour long one night. We enjoyed our meals in the condo with the beautiful views. Everything appeared clean, as well, which is very important. Our teens had their separate space and it was nice that a Murphy bed was available if our third teen would have joined us. The on site gym is small, but they do allow more than one person at a time. The only complaints were first that we had to wait 40 minutes to get into the condo because the cleaning person was running behind. We drove two days from Nebraska and timed it just in time to get in at 4. We were kinda frustrated by this, and it wasn’t a very good first impression. Secondly, and the reason I messaged the host, was we found a huge cockroach in the kids room behind the door as we were saying good night. We most certainly do not have cockroaches in our home. My kids were awake all night worried the bugs were crawling over them while they slept. They never ate in their room and I kept all food put away and cleaned up every night. I was concerned they would hitch a ride in food to our home. We only saw one, but he was huge and gross none the less. I realize this is Florida and perhaps this is a common thing. But, we’ve stayed in Florida in a condo every year for the past several years and have never seen one. It is a condo, so who knows where the bug came from (neighbors, contractors, etc). With that said, I would still recommend this condo. It is stunning, beautifully decorated, clean, close to the beach (like steps away), nice pool, friendly building staff. I’d still give it 5/5 stars and recommend staying here if it remains reasonably priced. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with their stay.

We have a family of 5 and brought our nanny along. It was awesome!!! Our kids are 5, 3 and 6 months. We put a pack in play in the huge closet in the master and it was perfect, and dark enough during the day for fantastic day naps. We never used the Murphy bed, but it was nice knowing we had that option! The keyless entry everywhere was great too. The beach is clean and was not busy during our stay in the end of February. Easy little restaurants (only a few to choose from) made us only leave in the car twice! It was very easy to cook in the kitchen. Oh and all of the pics are EXACTLY how it actually looks!! Highly highly recommend!
