Good location, free parking.
Very dirty, all the furniture was damaged or broken, air conditioning was incredibly noisy, building was in bad condition - lift buttons didn't work and no handles on the doors, showers didn't work properly, towels were very thin and old.

Don't have water heater at the master room & the towels please change, as they are worn out

The apartment is located at the opposite side of Oceanus mall

Bath tub not functional.. Lift not very good.. From level 10..i just used stairs to parking 😅

location just walking distance to philipino market or opposite the road is (dead) oceanus mall and waterfront bars..
Owner so nice and helpful.
all room got AC, got washing machine.
waterflow for master bedroom is very slow
kitchen hood malfunctioning.
gas cylinder or head seems to be leak. (be careful). there is spare but we do not want to use it.
just to inform futher guest to check all this.
