Do you bring your own supplies to a hotel? We think not! That's why we supply all the necessary items for you to enjoy your stay. Whether it’s making the early morning coffee, grilling eggs and bacon on the grill or sitting outside watching the sunrise or sunset with your favorite beverage, we want you to have the experience of a lifetime with your friends and family! Our outdoor kitchen also has a mini-fridge which is perfect for keeping cold beverages easily accessible while you're enjoying the outdoors! And there is outside access to the half bath so guests (and kids) don't have to travel through the entire RV to get to the main bathroom. We provide (at no additional cost): -The most common kitchen utensils and cookware. (food is not included!) -Some every day spices -Dunkin' Donuts k-cups -Towels -Linens including comforters, pillows and sheets. -Two camping chairs, a table and carpet for outside enjoyment. -RV toilet paper (regular toilet paper cannot be used) -Soap and sponges, paper towels, etc. -T.V. in the master bedroom, the living room and the bunk room. -Outside speakers for listening to music outdoors as well. -Exterior LED lighting We deliver, set up and break down for an additional nominal cost. -rates are calculated by distance/mileage as noted on the platform -If there are no sewer hookups at your campsite, there will be an additional fee to dump the tanks once you've departed. Please note: -we will deliver up to 35 miles for a minimum of 3 day stays -35 miles up to 75 miles requires a weekend to weekend rental -weekday delivery/pickup can only be done after 6 PM on weekdays at this time- other times will be considered/reviewed depending on our schedule. -Most state parks have limited access for a large 38' trailer such as this one. We will allow reservations for them only if we can ensure sufficient access for large campers.
