Clean and modern

Breakfast was good. Many choices. Clean hotel. Nice pool.

Our shower head was aimed at the wall and couldn't be aimed downward. When trying to adjust it, the head came off 3 times and I had to pound it back on with my hand. Front desk said they would check on it, but it was never fixed. We mentioned it again at checkout and said it would probably require a plumber. That receptionist said he would notify the the appropriate staff. We had to shower by pouring water from a paper cup over ourselves.

Breakfast was good; customer service was lacking.

I was given the 'run around' from the front desk when inquiring about a late check out; you should not have to inquire 4 times to just get a 'no'.

Although not in the town center, it is close to the Market Place for shopping. Quiet, clean and well appointed rooms. Hand sterilizers available in many places. Nice pool and fitness room.

Limited walking paths in area. Coffee machine in room flimsy but coffee and hot water available in lobby all day.

Pool was so clean, water was a perfect tempeture. The room felt spacious and had lots of storage. Bathroom was beautiful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Okay, egg thing at breakfast was a little gas food station-sih.

There was a carnival set up in the parking lot right next to the hotel. Kind of loud and bright lights.
