The breakfast was pretty good and a good start to the day. Staff were very warm and friendly.

The lids on the hot food were often left up so the food was sometimes colder than I would have preferred.

My original room was infested with mosquitoes, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there was construction/maintenance residue all over the floors and walls - including exposed nails and a boot print mark on the curtain(?!). The second room was marginally better, but again had mosquitos, because the balcony doors do not close properly (poor installation), and the Bathroom was pretty dirty (mould). I have never seen a Hotel with such poor quality fittings, fixtures and finishing. Stairs are wonky, walls are uneven, paint is patchy, and many switches aren't connected to anything. There are much better Hotels in the Kuta area, at much lower prices - please avoid this one!!!

O café da manhã é bom mas faltam frios , queijos e os sucos não são naturais e são muito doce. As acomodações são boas e o hotel é bem localizado. Os funcionários são simpáticos .

A limpeza deixa a desejar. O serviço no bar é demorado. O café da manhã não tem sucos naturais , somente artificiais e muito doce. O café no dia 1 de janeiro foi caótico, não tinham pratos, talheres, copos, não davam conta de repor os alimentos, faltavam mesas. Falta treinamento aos funcionários .
