location is perfect with a stunning view from the terrace

minor issue: we only had one set of key and we decided to use the lock box to leave the key in the building incase not everyone in the unit got in and out at the same time. however this was not possible as the room where the lock box is was locked at the time. we found out later that the room was not supposed to be locked.

the apartment was really nice and in good condition. view was nice and the value was excellent.

the neighbours were renovating and using drills and tools early in the morning. The location is a bit too far to walk to the beach on a daily basis. one bathroom for 3 rooms can be difficult at times.

very nice appartement on a very nice location. so many facilities inside, also an airco that works so well!!

Washmachine did not worked properly. Many rules, but I get that.

Host was very helpful and everything was clear before our arrival. The view from the apartment was exceptional and the balcony is really huge! It is really a lovely part of Athens to visit. The furniture in the balcony is very relaxing and perfect for an afternoon sundowner drink. Manybeaches and restaurants near the house and with minimum traffic.

Although useful, the rules of the property are too much. All the furniture is old, well maintained but old. Also the cost for any wear or accident really is disturbing. It is clearly an old house and they turned it into a renting property with minimal investment. Old fridge and a very old kitchen, old living room and bedrooms and a new bathroom. The parking is a problem, especially at summer nights, we couldn't find anything near the house.
