Large, lovely stylish apartment in a smaller holiday complex with free car parking. Beautiful view of the coast line. Nice area, close to Rambla de Castro.

Too generous with perfumed soap and softening for laundry, so sheets and towels were heavily perfumed. But since there was a washing machine, we just washed the bed linen again ourselves. and it annoyed us a little that the window in the bathroom could not open

Eine gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Apartment. Alles war neu, modern und stylisch. Sehr netter Empfang, es gab tolle Restaurantvorschläge . Die Handtücher konnten auf Zuruf ausgetauscht werden. Sehr ruhige, kleine Apartmentanlage mit schönem Blick. Im eigenen Garten gab es Liegen. Der Pool war sauber.

Leider wird der tolle Blick durch das Geländer und die davorliegende Terrasse beeinträchtigt, mit einem hohen Tisch mit Barstühlen könnte man dem Problem entgegenwirken. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Leider nur eine Bettdecke und eine sehr weiche Matratze.

Located in a beautiful area Maresia Village offers a nice view from the rooms. We loved the terrace and plants on the territory of Maresia. Outside it looked well taken care of. Bathroom is pretty big and comfortable. Internet was fast.

We've stayed 16 days at Maresia and my main advice is don't choose it unless you stay less then 3 days. Since we got the keys the service became absolute 0. We found out that not only they don't clean rooms or change towels for free but they fail to provide such services even if you are willing to pay them. Since day 3 I tried to call a manager to get towels changed and got no reply. I think she might have blocked me eventually because her phone suddenly became out of reach till the end of our stay. You won't get refill of the tea, coffee, even toilet paper, they never empty the trash or do anything at all during your stay doesn't matter how long it is. We found it very inconvenient as the room didn't have all facilities to keep it clean and eventually it became an unpleasant place to stay. If you buy a washing powder and wash towels yourself, you won't have them dry next morning as it's very humid there and it takes 2 days to dry. A bed was rather uncomfortable and kitchen was too small to cook + there were insects in the kitchen (a colony of ants). They don't provide breakfasts at Maresia and there are no place to have a breakfast / brunch in the area. A parking as already mentioned is quite narrow and steep.

Beautiful clean property with a great view. Isabella who let us in was lovely and very helpful. Very convenient and easy to access and simple to leave. Well located for all the local amenities and coastline and Puerto St Cruz.

As we were packing to leave the gardeners arrived and they used very noisy lead blowers right outside the property’s door for a full hour. So unfortunately after a lovely stay I left with a terrible headache and feeling stressed. This was a shame and I don’t know why this couldn’t have been timed for after we had left. Also the kitchen is missing a few important items like a salad bowl and a cheese grater.

The accommodation was very quiet, all sorts of facilities, beautiful view from your own private garden and from the pool, private parking, very safe environment. Also situated very nicely, lots of nice restaurants and cocktailbars nearby.
