The breakfast was almost completely bare by 9am. On Sunday...of food, cutlery and crockery.. very disappointing.. had to tip out peanut butter a wipe over a serving bowl with a serviette in order to get some muesli

The suite I was in, was great very clean, bed was comfortable, choice of pillows, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming as always. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

was unable to access the chrome cast tv even after following all instructions. was unable to change temp in room. no parking onsite available. had 1 x coffee sachet in room (two guests). breakfast a little cold and slow to fill items when empty.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were lovely and especially the block out blinds, which meant we were able to sleep in and not be woken by the sun. Bed was very comfortable and liked the addition of choice of pillows. Loved Happy hour and the cost of the drinks at that time. Breakfast was included and very delicious. nice and hot and a good variety.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger but was well laid out. Would have liked late check out but didn't even think to ask.

Mmm breakky good. Very walkable to Sunshine Plaza, very important, 4 min walk back to hotel for rest. RSL club 4 min walk too!!! Loved the bathroom concept, very cool 😎. So soooo appreciated the staff there for the room service that I needed, there in 2 mins after I phone reception( no issue at all, just a personal thing I needed, they sorted and provided what I needed, thanks heaps team!!!)

Didn't like the, only, very very bright light, around the bathroom mirror. Did like the night light by the dunny though, very cool!!!

No parking included in expensive rate. When you stay for one night - check in at 3 and out before 10 it’s almost $300 for just over 12 hours!

The location was ideal. We had come up for a 60th and were able to walk to the venue. The breakfast in the morning was good, seating a little sparse but it was a weekend so the hotel was probably full.

The rooms were way too small. Four people, one chair, 2 mugs.

That was clean and comfy. Gym was good.

The quality of breakfast was perfect but not that much variety.

Location was great. Parking was easy and there was close off-site free parking. We were allowed to park in paid parking prior to check in. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Room: Bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Airconditioning was very loud. Fridge did not work. No drawers/storage for underwear. Hotel: guests were allowed to clutter up the lobby with all their floaties from the pool, so no chairs available to other guests. Check in was inconvenient (3pm).

Beautiful rooms with brand new facilities, very clean. Great range of complimentary bathroom items and good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied in the shower.

The included breakfast was slightly disappointing, not a lot of variety. There was no on-site parking available upon our arrival and the next car park was quite a walk away

I have travelled extensively around the world and this by far the worst hotel i have stayed at ever

Everything as there was an electrical fault that appeared around midnight and the manager wouldn't get an electrician after hours!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, room was fantastic and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus as it takes away the hassle of having to find somewhere to eat and has plenty of options.

Very overpriced for the room and for simple things like there being very few tea bags and almost no sugar. You need to lift your game big time for things like that.

The bed and pillows were amazing..

The rooms are really small for the price. We upgraded and paid heaps more for anotber 3 foot of space.

Don't go though booking dot com its way more expensive and you get a 10 percent discount with high and booking dot com way unable to be contacted about a priceatch. Booking dot com wrecked everything hotel and staff awesome

Of site parking but right next door only 6 bucks and hated booking dot com they own me 100 dollars that's how much more it cost with booking 2 rooms
