This home is beautifully furnished and well taken care of. So much room for everyone to have space. Kitchen is lovely and well stocked. Even have beach chairs and toys. Literally a few steps and you are on the beach. Our family enjoyed every minute here!

House worked great for our group of 15. Loved the openness of the kitchen/common area and direct beach access. So helpful with the grandkids. Especially appreciated the beach chairs that were available for use. Management company responded quickly when contacted.

Iwas not real happy with my choice of this house its does not have enough deck space outside to cook and enjoy. The house needs a wrap around to back so everything and everyone only has another place to enter and exit beside one through the front door with beach gear and coolers.There are rats under the house also which i was completely surprise i have never saw that at the beach before but they are all sizes running under the house and in sea oats.And there is not enough parking

Can’t say enough good things about the beach house. Very comfortable for our entire extended family, well equipped, beautifully furnished with plenty of everything needed for a large family. Bonus items included beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, lots of seating for deck area and a clean and functioning gas grill. Beach access was easy and close.

Poseidon’s Rest was a fantastic home! My parents (in their 70s) loved the one floor layout and easy beach access! The 6 grandchildren (ranging from 16-29!) loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms! The rest of us loved the amazing kitchen with absolutely stunning views of the Gulf and the huge working counter space! The house was clean and stocked with everything you might need for a great week! Someone even left lots of beach chairs and beach toys (although we brought our own bc you never know when renting houses). We would definitely recommend this house and working with the kind folks at Paradise Beach Homes is always a pleasure! We’ve been going to the Gulf every summer for many years now and as often as we can, we rent from Paradise! Always a great experience!

We had a group of 12 with multiple different couples/families, & Poseidon’s Rest was perfect for us! Beautiful interior, gorgeous views, & the perfect location. This was our first trip to Navarre, but we will definitely be back & we plan to book with Paradise Beach Homes again!

The house was perfect! The single story floor plan for our family ages 7 months to 87 years with boardwalk leading directly to the sand was amazing. Brand new grill, lots of beach chairs (which was a bonus because ours couldn’t fit in the car) beach toys, books, great kitchen with everything you could need. Beautiful view of the emerald water! We’ve rented from Paradise Beach Homes multiple times & have always been pleased with the staff. Friendly, helpful & great communication.

The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the proximity to the beach. Thank you for providing the beach chairs! We did have a visitor one evening. A rat showed up and thankfully my husband was able to trap it and remove it! We weren't sure what to do. The only other concern was the lack of hot water. Showers were warm, but not hot.Neither the rat or the water will prevent us from staying there in the future. Mentioned the water in hopes that it's an easy fix.

We had so much fun with family during our week at Poseidon’s Rest. The property was very clean and had the most incredible views of the Gulf. We only had a couple small things that needed to be addressed with the property manager and they were so quick to respond and were so friendly and helpful. We hope to be back here again in a few years.

We have been to many places in and around Florida and Navarre has been our favorite so far. This house exceeded all expectations. We had a large group and were worried about space and being in each others way, but that was not the case. The house is bigger than we expected and the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms spacious, and plenty of space for luggage and personal items in each room. The porch was a great place for extra seating during lunch and dinner. Our favorite part was the easy walk to the beach, it made it so flexible for those who came and went. We specifically loved the view from the house. We will definitely come back. Our only problem was trash since it only comes once a week. We called property manager and they came out to pick up our trash and assured us that won’t be a problem any more. There’s a new company coming 2 times a week starting soon.

Perfect size, layout, and location for our multi-generational 13-member family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. The kitchen had a huge island which made food prep and gathering for a large group easy. The living room is open with plenty of seating. The deck was a perfect gathering spot in the evenings. The view was amazing. We rented chairs and umbrellas that were delivered and set up for us each day on the beach in front of the house. The driveway was large and we were able to park 5 cars. We enjoyed our stay and plan on renting this house again!

Our large family had the best time! The home is gorgeous.. and being right on the beach made this the perfect place! We have several small children, so it was great to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house for snacks and naps!! The short boardwalk to the beach was easy to navigate for our mother who is 80. The kitchen was well equipped.. and the beds were comfy! The large kitchen table was the perfect place to play games. Waking up to the incredible view from the beach side bedrooms is something we will remember forever. We hope to be back!!

Everything was fresh and clean, the house was beautifully decorated, private walkway and beach access was easy (no steps!) beds were comfortable, AC worked great (and it was HOT) Fridge was small but worked great. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill worked great. Overall, the best Navarre rental ever!
