The house is NOTHING like advertised. There are no instructions to use the electronic lock provided. Upon entry into the house, it was IMMEDIATELY evident that it was FILTHY and had never been cleaned. The company sent the cleaners after we attempted to do enough cleaning to enter the unit. The two women came back with an attitude and their daughter cursed at one of the members of the group. We told Patriot that cleaners could not come back because we were afraid of what would happen even if we were not there. ALL of the floors were filthy, the front door window was so full of dust, the furniture was filthy, we put sheets on it to sit on them, the entire downstairs smelled of MILDEW, there was mold in the upstairs bathroom, the chandelier in the dining room was full of dust, there was a dead bug on the curtain in the dining room, there was NO FUNCTIONAL coffeemaker as depicted in the ad, the bathrooms were filthy - one had feces still under the toilet, only two burners on the stove worked and the inside of the oven was so dirty we bought Easy Off to clean it even AFTER the cleaners came back and cleaned the kitchen and dirt under the sofas remained AFTER the cleaners came back. The ceiling fans had an accumulation of debris on the blades. The kitchen counter IS NOT as depicted in the picture. There are broken tiles with debris. Walls are filthy. Kitchen cabinets were full of grease, cabinets were dirty inside. Suffice to say, DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!

The house, location and layout of the house was great! The cleanliness of the house was not the best! Sheets, floor, carpet and bathroom could’ve been kept up a lot better but the company did attempt to fix AFTER we arrived. I had already washed the sheets and cleaned up a little so there wasn’t a point.

Overall, everything went well! The location was perfect for us as we spent most of our time at the convention center. We couldn’t locate garbage bags or dishwasher soap on the property, but there were plenty of beds, pillows, linens, towels, and wash clothes. The house was more than big enough for 10 people. The only concern was the dirt and debris under the beds. It was obviously not cleaned under there.

Our church youth trip enjoyed staying here-- listers were very communicative and the space was clean. Would recommend.

The property was in a nice location for getting to the base. It was big and quirky in a good way. It certainly wasn’t perfect. Windows weren’t taped before being painted. There was plenty of room for our crew. My main concern was the state of the place when we arrived. There was broken glass in two of the rooms, and dirty linens on the floor. Also they didn’t have any spare garbage bags. When I contacted the manager, they quickly dropped off some garbage bags. They were always quick to respond to all my questions.

we had an incredible stay at this home in montgomery! the location literally could not get any better—just down the road from downtown and all of the museums and sights—it could not have been more convenient, and the neighborhood is absolutely charming! there were 15 of us, and the space worked perfectly. the house is full of unique built-ins and other charms, making us feel like we were getting a true montgomery feel. and the hosts were one of the best communicators i’ve had when renting! highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
