the room was cozy and very spacious with an open kitchen.

I liked everything and every person except one situation was very unprofessional. The man that worked last on night of 03/03/23 and this morning was not helpful at all. His name is RICHARD!!

Room is very spacious
The wardrobe smells slightly. It’s hard to open the door using the handle - need to apply some force and try multiple times. My building is the closest to the highway and the noise is easy to hear.

Good location.
After checking in, we noticed there was not any soap. When we asked for some, we were told they didn't order any because it was a busy week and they forgot to order soap. The girl at the front desk told us to go out and buy some. REALLY? No soap? What else was missed? We picked this place because of the location, price and reviews. We had been on the road for 10 hours and were exhausted. We asked for our money back and went somewhere else to stay that night. I would never recommend this place.

The breakfast was horrible and the family next door were very loud and beating on the door cursing later found out they worked for the hotel kept us up

Spacious, good lighting in room. Had microwave and large refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable.
Kitchen was dirty. Counter tops were not cleaned. Found large smear of jam on the countertop. Spills on cabinet doors, and range top had spills on it.
Toilet seal leaking water out onto bathroom floor - gross!
Outside area needed sweeping/leaf blowing and pickup of cigarette butts and leaves.

I loved how spacious the room was.
It took a while for the air to circulate the whole room. It took almost a half a day to get the room cool.

Clean and tidy rooms and easy check-in/check out
My only pause is that their system was down so they photocopied my license and credit card. The issue hadn’t been fixed in the AM so I just hope they’ll be true to their word and shred the copy of my Iicense

the floors were wet and it smelled musty and the toilet barely flushed and you can hear every, car or 18 wheeler from the interstate omgggg, I was miserable I didn’t get any sleep!!
