I stayed at this condo with my wife and two young kids (3 yr and 1 yr old) and it was wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Kitchen had everything you could need, there was a gas grill, and the living room had a comfortable couch with some games and streaming TV services. The beds were comfortable and had plenty space as well. We stayed on a pretty hot/humid weekend and the two AC units did a great job at keeping the condo cool. There is also a wood burning stove for those staying in the winter. The outdoor space was great, a wonderful outdoor couch before a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The pool was a short walk down the hill, about a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive.
The location as awesome in a condo community set back from the main road of route 16. The pool and tennis courts were quiet, the other people we met there were very friendly. Its less then two miles to zebs and the train station in downtown north conway and about 10-15 minutes to story land.
Mary was very responsive when I had a couple questions before our trip. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to North Conway whether thats for skiing in the winter or story land in the summer!

We enjoyed the condo very much. As soon as we entered the front door, my two grandsons, headed directly for the bunkbed room. They loved that they had different options of bunkbeds to sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked and ready for us to cook our two meals and our two breakfasts there. Was very very close to all of the activities that we had planned and we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will rent this location again. Owner was very nice and responded quickly to a question I had. We wish the back deck was clean and set up but it’s still early in the season.

This is our third time staying at this condo and it is always enjoyable. It is close to all the restaurants and shopping, but yet located in a nice quiet area. The condo itself is updated and has everything that you would need.

We had a great week here! The location is perfect with quick access to restaurants, groceries/essentials, hiking trails, parks and more. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space is wonderful - our kids had a blast using the pool and back yard. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and we comfortable could have fit a couple more people thanks to the bunk room and two full bathrooms. Gretchen was super easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. We will be back! ☺️

This property was very clean and spacious in a central location. Just minutes to Cranmore and town. About 5 minutes to surrounding restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back.

I can't say enough about this perfect North Conway getaway. The condo was quiet, exceptionally clean, fully stocked with amenities including extra blankets and fans. The working wood stove was lovely, the sheets were amazing, the hot shower was perfect after a day of skiing. Our teenage daughters loved the bunk room and we all loved how close it was to everything in town. Perfect spot!

Spacious two bedroom condo that was exactly as shown. Very clean, well appointed unit. The location is perfect to be out of the congestion of the village and shopping centers. With a full kitchen snd dining table we took advantage of local take out and being comfortable with our second cup of coffee. We will seek this property out for availability for our next Conway get away. Thank you!

I, without a doubt, would stay at this condo again. It was, by far, the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed at. Not only was it spotless but it was also stocked perfectly. There was a cool board game box that my 4 year old loved on the rainy day during our stay and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal.
The beds in every room were very comfortable and the location of the condo was perfectly located between most mountain smokehouse and flatbread company.
I guess if I was asked to nitpick, I'd say my only complaint was that there could be one more frying pan, since there was only one. Obviously, this wasn't a big deal.

We were in North Conway for a couple of days for a family gathering & wanted to stay in a condo/home instead of a hotel. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and an abundance of linen. They also provided extra toilet paper and paper towels. The condo is in a peaceful area and a close walk to the pool. It is not in town but it’s only a few short minute drive into town.

This condo was perfect. Very clean, location was great, easy access to everything…hiking, biking, dining, shopping. We were even able to bike downtown through wooded trails to grab some coffee and breakfast avoiding all the traffic on the main road. Pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike or bike ride. Would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped with everything I needed for a stay with my family of 5. Plenty of room, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, grill, yard, pool, basketball, quiet, great location, EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!!
I highly recommend and definitely would go back.

This is a perfect house for a small or large family! It’s in a great location to all the North Conway favorites and a short 10 minute ride to story land. The house is very clean and has all the things you need for your stay. The outdoor pool was great as well. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. Gretchen was also very responsive when we had a last minute question.

Beautiful home in a perfect location.
My family enjoyed our stay in condo. It is a perfect size and can accommodate a family of 6. One level living space with two full bathrooms and all the essentials. Highly recommend.
