Worked really well for a bachelor group of 12. Plenty of room to sleep and hang out, and the proximity to Boston is perfect. We had to take Uber XL’s everywhere, and no trip was beyond $30. Would highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was perfect for what my family needed to spend a day in Boston. The walkability was a little bit far from things, but better than driving and parking. Especially on a nice day. Close grocery store was easy to find!

With 8 of us, we were concerned about having enough comfortable sleeping space. This place was perfect. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We had plenty of room. The space was clean and felt very homey. It was perfect. The neighborhood didn’t look like much but the inside definitely made up for that.

There were 8 of us on a family trip to Boston and we could not have enjoyed our place more. It was an extremely comfortable stay. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The parking spots were key as we had two cars and it was very easy to get to Boston or Cambridge by driving or using the T. The host was extremely responsive to communication. A great place that we would definitely book again.

The location was within a short walk to the green line, so we could get in an out of the city quite easily. The home was clean, comfortable furniture and beds and made for a perfect spot for our family getaway.

We were double booked into the property and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem with VRBO. We received hotel rooms for the first night, but received no help for the following two nights. VRBO did nothing to resolve the issue after the first evening even though they said they would. Completely unacceptable!
This is a VRBO problem, not necessarily the property or the owner, but I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this…no luck yet…therefore the bad review.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this host or property. I diligently searched for a property that would accomodate my family (particularly my elderly in-laws) for my daughter's graduation. After making the decision that this location would be great for it's amenities and location, I booked in July 2023 for a stay in May 2024.
ON THE DAY THAT WE WERE LEAVING TO HEAD TO THE PROPERTY FOR OUR STAY, I received three emails at 7:00 a.m. informing us that our reservation had been canceled, our money refunded and that the property had been double booked.
Although the host suggests the double booking was "an issue with their [VRBO] system," I STRONGLY suspect that the property was booked on multiple platforms and the higher price offered was taken. The host also said she was trying to contact local hosts to help but we never heard from her.
What was to be a joyous time was tainted by the stress of trying to find substitute lodging 7 hours away, spending countless hours on the telephone with VRBO on multiple days trying to secure comparable housing and not receiving timely updates despite the fact that this was to be expedited-ALL WHILE DRIVING.
Do not trust this host for important stays!

Worked well for us in preparation for an upcoming surgery. I can second what some other reviewers said about the noise from downstairs (other guests included multiple kids), but that quieted down at bedtime. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

We loved the accomodation it was big, beautifull rooms. Unfortunatly there was mouse poo on one of the beds. we let them know and they came to clean it straight away. then when we went to bed we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed... and more mouse poo jn the kitchen... we did report this but we have had no respons.

This is a second floor unit in the Somerville area of Boston. It is close to restaurants, shopping centers and the train. The area is quiet and the house is located in a cul de sac with it's own parking. The unit is perfect for families. There are four bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. Definitely consider a stay if you are visiting Harvard/ MIT or downtown Boston as it is quite close to everything. The host is very responsive which is a plus. We will definitely consider for our next trip to Boston.

We were in Somerville for a family party and this location was perfect. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for all 7 of us. Parking in the driveway was a big plus as we have found in the past that it is difficult to get on street parking.

Finding a place in Boston for 7 people is not easy and this place was a great find. The location was good. Relatively close (15 minute drive) to all the tourist sites and the Freedom Trail. Parking was a big plus. I somehow missed that this was an upstairs unit, so dragging suitcases up the stairs was a small challenge but once we are in and settled, everything was great. The bedrooms were large. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The apartment and neighborhood is charming. I would stay here again if I was traveling with a large group.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, there was 8 of us total and we cannot say more wonderful things about this location and quality of our stay. We each had our own bedrooms and the common area was absolutely wonderful. We were able to get to downtown boston or anywhere we wanted to go very easily, the location was so central to where we wanted to be. Additionally, the place was SUPER clean and Flavia was SUPER responsive for any questions, recommendations or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great find for exploring Boston. 4 nice bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Only caution have to be able to handle a steep staircase and the t-stop is a bit of a walk but is a benefit because the house has free parking and boston parking is very expensive.

Beautiful, spacious apartment that was perfect for my family and me
The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. The beds were so comfortable that it was difficult to get my daughter out of it. Basically everything was provided - all soaps, shampoo, conditioner, linens, towels, dinnerware, silverware, cups, coffee, dishwasher, laundry machine, etc. We stayed there for two nights and the location was convenient to everything - Boston and Cambridge. It includes a parking spot! We totally recommend staying here. Flavia was great at communication. She always quickly responded. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks so much!
