Beautiful place, steps to the beach! Amazing stay! The property and housekeeping managers were exceptional to communicate with.
My only suggestion - for checking in, guests receive a separate email to just provide which building to go to and access codes to have it all in one email. Front desk doesn’t have guests names attached to the rooms, only owners.

This property is amazing and is better than the pictures! We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and easy walk to shopping and many different eating options.

We stayed at this condo in March/April 2024. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The master bed was comfortable and my teens said that their extra long twin beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a very quiet dishwasher. The unit does not have its own BBQ but there are shared grills a short walk away. The unit had 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 6 large beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a mid sized cooler for our use. Despite not having air conditioning, the many fans and strong ocean breeze was more than enough to keep the condo cool. The condo is on the second floor of a three level building so we could hear some footsteps above and were advised to tread lightly for the guests below us. It was convenient to have a large washer and dryer so that we could pack lightly. The lanai looked directly at the ocean and the beach was clean with soft deep sand. My teenagers boogie boarded, swam, and played catch on the beach daily. There is a tennis court in the complex but it was occupied every time that we tried to play. The pool was small but very clean. There is an awesome restaurant at the hotel next door and the Coconut Market shops (with ABC Store, free hula show, farmers market, shave ice, restaurants, etc) are couple blocks away. Overall we had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Lae Nani many times so no surprises there. We absolutely love staying there. This 2 bedroom condo was in a great location within the development.
The condo was very well stocked with supplies and we really appreciated the extra towels, sheets, etc. Contacted the owner a couple of times with questions and response was immediate and very helpful. The condo was clean and updated. We would definitely stay there again. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say.

Everything was lovely. The condo has a wonderful view of lush gardens, the ocean and wonderful sunrises! The laundry machine and dryer were most appreciated We have already shared our stay location with another family and highly recommend this property.

We first visited Lae Nani in 1995. This is our tenth trip to the island and staying at this property. Lae Nani is truly lovely. We loved this condo and is definitely one of our favorites. Everything was wonderful. The condo was well supplied and comfortable.

We spent two weeks in this amazing condo that felt like home..every amenity possible was there and enjoyed by us..the location was perfect and provided easy access to both the north shore and Poipu..very quiet beach and condo complex …really loved walking next door to LavaLava for fresh dishes and great breakfasts…also a fabulous spot to catch the sunrise..had two dinners at Dukes and must say I would not recommend..prices were too high for quality of the food..Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu was off the charts !!!

This is a beautiful oceanfront property for a relaxing vacation in Kauai. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves daily, and the view was exactly what we hoped for. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is also a short ride to the airport. The condo included beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and have all of the beach gear available for us to use. We visited in January and the weather was perfect with the windows open and fans on. The owner was quick with communication and very accommodating. Overall the property met expectations and we would stay here again.

Excellent place for a week vacation.
Location is probably the best in the complex. The condo was stocked with everything you need. The beach was secluded and swimming was fun.
I would definitely recommend to book this place.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were amazed by the views. The ocean is so close! The condo was perfectly decorated, clean and well stocked with everything one needs for an easy stay. Every day, we enjoyed early morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful, and the condo is within walking distance to many great restaurants. We would absolutely love to stay again.

The property was perfect and the owner was awesome with communication! We arrived later than expected and some issues with our data on our phones. A quick call and we got everything we needed to get into the property. The security at the property was very helpful and friendly getting us to the right condo as it wasn’t the easiest to find in the dark.
The location, view, and amenities were great, could walk to several places. It was also a great starting point to get to other gorgeous beaches and activities! We loved Kaua’i and will be back for sure.

We booked this stay in April 2022 right after I got my daughter's 2022-2023 school year calendar. Then, I was asked to officiate a friend's wedding and the hosts were so understanding in letting us reschedule. So, here we are in August 2023 flying back home to California from our long-awaited Kauai vacation. I share all of this just to drive home how very worth the (16 month!) wait it was.
The views of the beach from the second story balcony are, I think, the best in the entire complex. The unit was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and attractive.
My friend, who grew up in Kauai, said her local friends bring their kids to law nani beach because it's so kid friendly and my daughters loved spending time in the gardens and heated pool.
We feel so grateful that the hosts shared their piece of heaven!

Everything was beautiful, clean, well organized and well furnished with everything you need. The location was wonderful, right on the ocean on the end of the property with great access to the ocean and only a short walk to the pool. It was the highlight of our trip to Kauai!

We just can't say enough about this beautiful property. Located in the Kapa'a area convenient to shopping and restaurants. This condo is the best in the Lae Nani resort. It is located at the end of the building with a splendid view of the ocean and gardens. The sound of the waves, the wonderful cross ventilation from the sea breeze, tasteful decor, and great floor plan made this our favorite on Kauai! The owners were fantastic to work with, with quick communication and very accommodating. The spacious grounds and pool were immaculately groomed with stellar landscaping which we never got tired of photographing. The beach area made for great boogie boarding, swimming, and enjoying the ocean view. We will gladly stay at this property on our next Kauai vacation! This one is a true gem!

Lovely property with awesome view of the bay surf. End unit was wonderfully private with little foot traffic nearby. Also close to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful week of much needed escape from the snow. Would definitely love to come back.

Very well stocked, including beach chairs and toys. Kara was great at getting back to us when we had an issue with some kitchen items. Our only challenge was the cost of.... everything in Kauai! It was a great vacation all around, but as on Maui, rising costs are unfortunate. Hopefully we can get back when our Canadian dollar is stronger.

Everything about our experience was truly memorable and amazing. The condo was exactly as described with all the conveniences and extras that one could ask for. The location is just perfect with the beach right there and a neighborhood beach bar just a 2 minute walk. If you are looking for a beautiful condo, mesmerizing beach views and sunsets, and restaurants/markets in walking distance….this is for you!
After traveling the island, I found this to be favorite area of the island for its central location and nearby conveniences. 10/10

The location of this condo is amazing. It is central and a good starting point to explore all corners of the island. The sound of the waves from the beach were very soothing. The little sectioned off part of the beach was perfect to go swimming with my toddler. We had an amazing time. The only thing we missed is having air conditioning because it can get really hot and humid here. There were a lot of fans in the condo and opening the windows made a lot of difference. Kara was easy to communicate, very responsive and a great host.

This was our first trip to Kauai, and our first "kid free" trip since 2014. As such, we were very particular about where we wanted to stay while on the island. When we found Kara's property listing, we knew it looked like the perfect place for us to stay. The reality could not have been any better. The unit itself is exactly as described - beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location. The views are spectacular and the grounds and private beach provided us with the perfect relaxing getaway. We are already dreaming about our next visit! Thank you!

Loved our stay, great location. Your condo needs some attention. All the screens in your living area are falling apart, screen door is very hard to open to the patio and the bottom is completely ripped. Also the side windows in your dinning area are falling apart and also will not open. We had very noisy neighbors above us who liked to rearrange the furniture every night and throw towels from the balcony. I left a message with the property manager Eric but he never returned my call. We stayed in your condo 4yrs ago and it was in much better condition. Still love your place just needs a little TLC...

This condo is Fantastic! We stayed with our adult daughter, plenty of room for us, plus our girls had their own bathroom. The condo is perfectly equipped to fulfill all your wants & needs for a great Kauai vacation. Lae Nani is in a perfect location to explore the island and if you don’t want to travel far or just be lazy, the beach on property is gorgeous and the Coconut Marketplace is right next door with restaurants & shopping. My husband and I have already started about returning to Kauai and this condo.

Place had beautiful beach sunrises every morning. Great clean safe property. He’ll stocked with beach chairs, towels, snorkle gear. Kauai Coffee on arrival was a wonderful surprise. So nice to not have to run to store for basics! Would highly recommend!

Just what we needed.
Kara was great to work with in the the booking process. She was very attentive to our questions and needs. The second story condo had a perfect view of the beach/ocean and was very quiet. All of the amenities made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable and had great air circulation at night. We were supplied with beach chairs and boogie boards. It felt very private. We will definitely be back. Mahalo.

Beautiful Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful inside and out. The view from the lanai is amazing. We were able to see a few turtles in the water. There is a beach in front of the condo. The water is a little rough but good for surfing and boogie boarding. There is a little pool of water that collects between the rock ledge and sand you can sit and relax in. The condo is very close to shops and restaurants that you can walk to. There is not much of a breeze in the bedrooms. The fans help a little but very hot in July with no air conditioning. Would definitely recommend this place in the cooler months.

The pictures shown do not do this property, the community or the owner justice. If you are looking for the entire package and the Kauai dream, then stop - you found the place to stay. Location, privacy, amenities - it has it all. I hope those that follow our stay have half the laughs and fun and enjoyment that we did. The BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in!!!
This place is incredible. Super clean, very well stocked condo and especially the kitchen, the most AMAZING view from the balcony, comfy beds, furniture and decor were high quality, perfect ocean breezes day and night, close to everything! We had the time of our lives and would HIGHLY recommend this location and Kara as a host! MAHALO!!!!!

Wonderful and cozy beachfront house, owners were absolutely helpful!
We stayed for over a week at this beautiful condo in front of a private beach, the marketplace with restaurants and shops was only steps away. The place not only had all the amenities for our stay and very cozy decor, but also beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and even snorkels for our use at the beach We had a challenging flight schedule and the owner was so kind to arrange everything so we can have a flexible check-in and out which we are so grateful for, specially since we traveled with a kid. Loved the place and the customer service, 100% recommended!
