Modern architecture, great location, and they had a specific black makeup towel.
The shower was a little dirty. Also, they didn't give me a receipt because I used booking.com.

I liked how clean the room was and all of the features in the room as well. The staff at this location were very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe and comfortable during our stay at this hotel.
I did not like the fact that I had to pay more than I expected when I first got there. It was mainly because this website did not inform me of the $50 extra I would have to pay. Yes, they would reimburse me if everything was fine in the room once I left. BUT knowing that kind of information is important because not everybody has or plans to spend more than what the website actually tells you when they first get there. I think it is important for this website to make sure they let the guests know all of the information upfront so no one is surprised that the price is higher than agreed upon /expected. I also did not like that I had to pay for us to park there.

Everything from all the room had to offer from a spacious sitting area with the sofa, TV, etc, up to date bathroom, coffee/fridge, and comfortable bedroom with decent closet space. In addition to very complimentary staff, you have the convenience of a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Location is great - walking distance to my son's apartment and several restaurants.
The front desk attendant when I checked in was friendly but he was on his phone the whole time. I asked for recommendations for a nearby a laundromat and answered he didn't know. When I pressed he handed me a piece of paper from the hotel but it was only for on-site laundry. I felt he was lazy. This is the first time I felt this way. All the other times the front desk people have been super helpful.

Clean and modern hotel in great location.
Breakfast was disappointing, but it was the morning of Thanksgiving so they probably didn't have enough staff. They charge too much for parking so we opted for off-street parking and paid the meter instead, which was way cheaper

Well located hotel on trip from Charlotte to the South in quite charming city of Columbia. Quiet spacious room and bathroom with good beds.

It’s simply a beautiful property, everything was very clean and organized. The bathrooms and rooms were very nice and the staff was helpful

The handicap room should have a chair for the shower so every ADA person can use the shower.
I feel that the parking should be part of our hotel stay and Breakfast should be better and more choices. It was very salty to the point that you could not eat it.

The restaurant was excellent and the server was so warm and professional. Our room was lovely. We brought our dog and the staff was very welcoming, even when he barked a little in the lobby. The location was convenient to downtown and the sights we wanted to see.

It was in a great location for the event that we were going to. It was easy and close so that we could Uber to our destination.
I loved that the property was clean and well kept…..inside and out. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. This made our trip even more enjoyable.
