Clean and comfortable house in a fantastic location!

Check in was seamless, place was clean and really cute! Would definitely stay again!

House was perfect for our needs. Particularly enjoyed large dining room and oversized table. Other rooms cozy and had every thing we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic, very walkable location to Ft. Collins Old Town. We really enjoyed it!

Great location, short walk to Old Town. The house was beautiful, no complaints. We were in town for a wedding and it was nice to have our adult children stay in one place. We would definitely stay there again. Hope to be back in the summer.

This property was perfect. From the property hosts to the location, the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen, we were so comfortable in this house. We cooked meals and played games at the beautiful dining room table and truly enjoyed our time here. We will be back and certainly recommend it to others.

Excellent location if you plan to spend time at CSU and Old Town

I really wish I would known about this beautiful house earlier. We were in Ft Collins celebrating our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was wonderful having all our family together. The host was so responsive when I emailed with questions. The house was very comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location

House was beautiful and easy to find and check in. Bigger than the photos show. My one and only complaint was that the bathrooms were not clean when we checked in. That was disappointing, but overall a great place. I would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was conveniently located to a lovely brand new target. Walking distance to old town. I’m not used to traffic. It would be my only complaint. Only one bathroom upstairs.. just to note It was was in a busy road, best besides that it was fantastic.

The property is beautiful old home with renovations providing modern conveniences. The large table in the dining area is the focal point of this stay-it brings the large families together around one family. If there was a draw back, it's the one shower, but large families of the past would have relished in this convenience.

This house is a great location to be able to walk everywhere. Beautiful and super clean. Only minor complaint was the road noise on mulberry and nearby firehouse. Overall we’d highly recommend it and it was a great size for 2 couples and 2 kids.

We stayed here for a night with friends. The beds are super cozy and the dining room table is massive and perfect for playing games. We would definitely return

Very clean home with great alley parking and mature trees in front of home.

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The decor was lovely, especially the dining room. It's also a very easy walk to the restaurants, bars and CSU campus. Parking was easy in the alley behind the house.

Spacious historic home with the perfect Old Town Fort Collins location. Easy access to CSU and Old Town. Lots of space for a group.

This house is very conveniently located in a good neighborhood within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, and Old Town. Although Mulberry is a busy street, the alley parking makes getting in and out simple, and the traffic isn't that noticeable at night. If anything wakes you up, it will be the squeaks and creaks of the house. This is an older house, but it is well-maintained and has beautiful upgrades woven in with some of the original features. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a hideaway bed downstairs. The beds are quite comfortable. There is a bathroom on each level with a great shower upstairs! We ate out while in Fort Collins, but the kitchen and dining room appears stocked for 10+. With a living room and a sitting room, there is plenty of places to sit.There isn't an outdoor space for a larger group without being in the front yard along a busy street. There is only a small, unshaded, patio next to the driveway, with a table and two chairs.Although the house appeared clean on the surface, the bedrooms would benefit from some vacuuming under the beds, and the furniture could use a good dusting. Information regarding check-in and check-out was never sent to us. Messages sent a week prior to our arrival, several hours prior to check-in, and then after our check-in were not answered. One member of our party had to go next door before we finally received a phone call with the door combination. If an informational email had been sent after our final payment, we would not have had any issues.That being said, we would stay again, as the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

This was the perfect house for a group of friends and I who came up to Fort Collins for a brewery tour. We found the accommodations beautifully clean, extremely spacious, perfectly located in close proximity to all the breweries. The communication level was incredible, we got immediate responses via text when questions arose. Cannot recommend this charming house enough!

This house is quaint and so nice! It has plenty of space with the three bedrooms and the large dining room. The kitchen is updated with all the amenities. Being able to park in the back was so nice. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Fort Collins!

Very nice older residence. Was perfect for family visiting for our son’s wedding!

The house was perfect for our family! Great location for walking into town, clean and charming!! We will rent this home again when we come to visit our son.

Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to downtown, but not so close to be a bother at night. Best bet for parking is around back.

The house was so cute and adorable ! Immaculately maintained and very clean. The kitchen was lovely and spacious with a dining room that could accommodate a large party. The location was great especially if visiting CSU. Plenty of parking options even for a ginormous truck! I would definitely recommend this property and would visit again.
