The apartment is exceptional. Holt is the perfect location with a vibrant shopping/pub/restaurant centre. Holt is just 20 mins from the coast and near many other places of interest, National Trust properties and outstanding golf courses. Returning to the apartment in the evening after a pleasurable day was yet another bonus.

Nothing. There is designated parking for one car a short walk from the property and free street parking for 1 hour outside the property during the hours 8am-6pm. After 6pm unlimited parking is free overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t really fault but some of my party members would have liked to have had a cafetière in the property.

The location is superb, right in the middle of the lovely town of Holt. The open plan kitchen/living room faces west so when the sun shines you can see the sunset over the roof tops onto the countryside beyond. The apartment is very spacious. It felt like home immediately.

Nothing really I disliked.

This place is amazing, we will definitely be back.Spotlessly clean, spacious, very modern and well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful. We were a group of 4 friends, so easily accommodated within the bedrooms and a great open kitchen and lounge space to just to relax and chat. The location is spot on with the High Street just a minute's walk away. If you haven't been to Holt before you won't be disappointed with lovely shops and eateries and a real buzz about the place. Parking for the property is a short walk so no problem at all. Thanks Trevor for memorable stay.

Lovely apartment, great view, close to town, spotlessly clean, well furnished, great floorplan.

We found the kitchen a bit underequipped, as we did cook at home in the evenings. Eg lacked dishes to use in oven, grater, lemon squeezer, bread knife, better frying pan...also there were no basic supplies eg we had to go and buy salt! Tea and coffee were minimal in quantity. Bathroom supplies were limited to a basic hand wash stuff. These are minor gripes but given the very high quality of the apartment itself, we noticed the imperfections. Summer bedding option would have been useful, we were too hot with the quilt supplied. A sheet and blanket option would have solved that. The beds were excellent, but the bedding (inc pillows) not as good.

The best thing about The View is...the view! You can see a gorgeous array of rooftops and treetops from the kitchen/living room via the large windows which give this room amazing light. The kitchen is well equipped (two coffee machines! although no pods of coffee sadly when we were there, but we brought our own filter coffee for the filter machine). There are games and spaces to escape to for larger groups (in the downstairs bedrooms or dining room). All rooms are beautifully decorated and the two bathrooms are sparkling clean. We really enjoyed breakfast and a (quiet) family get together for my Dad's 82nd birthday over looking lovely Holt. The apartment is brilliantly located with easy reach of the towns fab pubs, cafes, restaurants (and amazing vintage and charity shops) plus the surrounding countryside, and of course the beaches.

The dining room is a little dark and gloomy. Some people might struggle coming up the stairs to get to the property.

The location was perfect, in the centre of Holt.

Booking.com advertising one price, and when i booked it i was charged £32 more. When it was too late to change i looked back at Booking,com web site and it had been put up. It is then impossible to speak or make any contact. I will never use them again.

Excellent location in the town. Great base to explore the local area. The apartment is superb, well equipped and tastefully decorated, with everything you need. The six foot super king size bed was really comfortable!

It would have been nice to have had parking with the property, but there are several car parks within walking distance, and we didn’t have a problem parking. We used the free overnight street parking, and the Budgens and other free car parks while we were in the apartment during the day.

Everything was spot on. Couldn't dislike Anything. Will definitely be booking again. Great value for money
