Dirty in house

Nothing at all!!

The place is not fit to stay. Unclean, and even the main entrance door doesn't look secure. Don't take my word for it - check out the photos.

Location A good shower with plenty of hot water.

No instructions on use of TV, rubbish bins full to overflowing, no toilet rolls, no tea towel, smell from the bins in the yard awful, the dirt and rubbish under the cushions on the settee !!! I have photos to prove most of this complaint. Most problems were corrected the following day, whereas I felt they should of been sorted when I complained on our arrival

it was very close to the train station, it had standard facilities eg bathroom, kitchen and was reasonably tidy

it was not clean, the bed sheets were mouldy, stains on the walls, furniture and the carpets, bathroom towels had been folded up wet I assume straight from the washing machine which also had things inside already. the inside doors were cracked and in poor condition. the bathroom lock was unsafe as if turned slightly the door was unable to open and had to shimmy a butter knife down the side of the frame to get the door open. random cat walked into the house when we opened the front door and was meowing all night to be let inside? uneven floor upstairs so wardrobe looked like it was going to fall on you.

Great location near town, immaculately clean throughout. All good size bedrooms. Helpful host at the end of the phone very quickly when we needed help with a door code. Well equipped, had everything you needed.

Beds weren't that comfortable, cheap mattresses, lots of jobs that could do with tidying up, bins were full outside so we had nowhere to put our rubbish.

The road was really quiet with easy access to the city centre

The smell In the kitchen was horrible I found the property not very clean The hand soap was only available on the photo The house is really badly painted with a very basic items . The fridge and oven, cutlery should be cleaned

Host is easily reachable and friendly.

Doors need to be vanished or painted to make them look clean, sitting room Door handle needs to be fixed, broken accessories need to be removed, kitchen bins need to be changed or given a good wash, find a nice clean wedge to balance the washing machine not an old dirty piece of cardbox, in general cleaners need to clean thoroughly.
