Property in a great location. It's a super cute and comfy place. Helper was great, he really was on call even when I had to leave at 3am to catch my flight he was there to give me back my deposit and collect the key.

I was on the top floor & it began to rain so hard it was leaking on the bed , sofa . I couldn't believe it. The host switch my room but if I so happened not to have a stomach ache and head back to the room my laptop would of been damaged. Top floor was cute but not rain proof

The unit can fit 5 people however it was VERY tight! The host did not provide quite a few things we're used to having in all the Airbnb we have been to. It's very disappointing in regards to the price we paid. Didn't even take any photos. We're better off at a hotel. We do not recommend it.

we did not stay there after paying in advance because the whole thing was terrible, Booking.com failed us this time.the place sucks. we walked out and want our money back.

they could've been honest in the first place. its vastly over promised. The pictures and reality differ greatly. We had to move to another hotel immediately and incurred higher costs and inconvenience and no refund too.

Location is right smack in between Somerset and Robertson Quay, with plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket nearby. Room was clean and surprisingly spacious even for five, with various small to mid size luggages. Check-in process was swift, just a call away and 2 minutes wait. No fuss. We asked for additional bed, it wasn’t arranged beforehand, but the person made the arrangement immediately upon check-in. Called them at 11.30pm on one of the nights to ask for additional blankets and they provided it promptly, two blankets!

Messages on Booking.com wasn’t replied promptly - request for additional bed in Sep. No reply up to check in in Dec. But everything else was good.

It's walking distance from few MTR stations, Orchard st., Canning park. Hosts were responsive to our requests. Functional kitchenette and washing machine with dryer in the studio - very helpful if your stay there is a part of a long trip.

Sofa on which our kids slept was a source of problems - pillows had to be replaced, one of legs felt on 1st night Not enough space to unpack suitcase - one closet w/o shelves

Room is new and looks modern.

Place looks like a chinese temple with no signage whatsoever. Everyone who came looked confused. Arranged for an early check in with confirmation email and person who mended the place said he was not informed and the room was not even ready at check in time (3pm). Finally checked in at 3.15pm but pillows and sofa bed was not setup. The guy said that he would come back again to set it up, but he did not come back till 5.45pm. Booked the room for 5 pax, but only 3 towels were provided. Shampoo and toothbrushes were not provided. No floor mat was provided as well.
