Location and staff Owner was great

Had an issue with bathroom

It was roomy our hosts were very helpful and willing to make our stay the most enjoyable. the beach and snorkelling off the beach was great.

The aircon which was needed in the house, as it was hot, was very noisy

To begin with, I would like to express my gratitude to the owners of the hotel, Boris and Yansy, for their hospitality. Very polite, pleasant, helpful, caring people. We felt at home. The house is large, comfortable, you can stay up to 7 people. it has everything you need for cooking: a stove, an oven, a toaster, a cooler, a lot of dishes and a large refrigerator. A very convenient place, right in front of the hotel there is a coral garden, many different fish and of course turtles. This is the best place in the Philippines for lovers of the underwater world. 11 nights flew like 1 day. Boris, Yancy and the staff did everything to make our stay wonderful.

Proximity to the beach and the House Reef just a walk off the beach is the best. Yancy and Boris were the consumate hosts providing us with transportation and great suggestions for a night out at Lokal restaurant just down main highway in Dauin. We stayed in the house, not one of the domes and we were very happy. Wi-Fi was strong and there is TV for those rare down time moments to watch movies and such. Staff service was excellent cooking great food and providing one more friendly encounter with the beautiful people of the Philippines.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is great although it was a bit hard to find initially. The meals were yummy but you can also cook for yourself, family and friends. Would definitely recommend it. The Dauin marine reserve is very close and the snorkelling is fantastic.

What can I say this place is a marvel .If you can't Find it just go to the clamping domes as this is well signposted and the location of the beach house. This place is located directly on the beach with a snorkeling reef about 50 metres of shore were we fewed turtles seasnakes and all types of marine creatures.If you wish to scuba Gary is normally on sigth and can arrange this for you.. Boris and his team always went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for .There is a good house menu on site so you don't have to leave for food unless you wish to. As we turned up late Boris quickly arranged a boat for us to go to Apo island the next day although was a great trip honestly the reef in front of the property offered as much. I for one will differently return and use this as my base for my next adventure to the Philippines.Thank you Boris and team I wish you the very best and appreciate everything you did to make our stay a great one.
